  9. Fat Freddy's Drop, from New Zeland Offical Website My parents pointed me in their direction. They heard it in TMS (all mountain type shop, sells fox). I just got hold of some of their stuff (the only way I could as apparantly their CD's are scarce). THEY ARE AMAZING. Have a listen to them, and no I have no links of any sort. So find stuff yourself, in whatever way you want to. Bearing in mind I DO NOT want this topic closed so no mentioning of downloading it anywhere illegal, please. One of the best bands of their type, I've heard. So mellow and crisp. If you ever find a CD. just buy it, I know i am.

  12. Short notice, but if theres anyone who wants to ride Cardiff tommoro few of us our. Need some more riders round here.
  13. That cyclo one will do. I'd expect the white industries one would be better quality but you'd only really need it in a workshop where its getting used all the time. I havn't got a picture, but the best way to describe it is if you take your crank off. You'll put the freewheel tool into the slots on the freewheel. Then get a nut and bolt. Put the bolt through the hole in the crank where the BB usually goes then the nut on the end but not too tight. This stops the tool slipping when your getting the freewheel off. As you undo the freewheel loosen the bolt slightly as you go. And thats that.
  14. RIGHT I'm going on there now, Sever name tf PASS tf no caps or anything SOMEONE GET ON THERE.
  15. I LIKE IT Thinking about it, on my other trials bike I'v got four of em. Ha.
  16. Now who you calling a twat hmmmmm....... To say i've been riding 5 years is scary. I don't like the thought. I remember when Martin Haywes frames were the dogs DCD Lizard skins on everything FSA power pros People on 20" where weirdos If you couldn't wheelie a bike sitting down it were to small mun Shin pads were a must Wellgos Kore stems D521's of course Hope's Kool stops TAR X-up off everything
  17. LOCATION SECTION Something like this is badly needed. Goes along the lines of this Places -------- UK -------- England Wales Scotland Ireland ------- So people could post up in there to find other riders in their location. I think this would be extremly handy. And also when a member joins up (or something someone could edit in their profile) a option of where you live. (I know this already exists in a way) Example. You tick a box, saying south wales in your profile. Now someone can go to search members, tick box with south wales in it and up comes a list of riders in the south wales region. Simple.
  18. Just get an extreme XC/freeride bike. They take some beatings, just not 8 foot drops all the time.
  19. Its been tried before, and its failed. Tried again, then failed again.
  20. Sorry, but i disagree. You say about halfords specials, I think what craig was refering to was bike such as the saracen amplitude 3. A basic spec do it all bike, just like this new ashton. £250 I belive I've ridden it, the frame has just the right geometry and a basic spec of components. The bike is very upgradeable, things are kept basic. Now you compare halfords to jjb. Most staff in jjb stores don't really know as much as someone in halfords would do, as its a general sports store. Now, about bikes falling to pieces. I think you'll find this can happen anywhere. Be it halfords or an IBS, all it takes is one idiot to screw somthing up. If someone does this in a IBS then it dosn't really get noticed, if a large company like halfords screws up its in the papers. One thing I will agree on is the £300 price mark. We get the same here, most parents are willing to spend that much if their child has wrecked the bike they hand. Dirt jump style bikes in this price range are great sellers, just wish we had more of a range.
  21. I think the price on the hitman 24" is a bit steep. £650 Your not even getting hydralic disk brakes which I've started seing some bikes with at the £499 mark. Dirtjam pro's have no top out resistance. Just the good old faithfull clunk. Then I supose it could be the quailty of the frame, but I don't think anyones going to know that till they test it.
  22. Trials Punk

    24" Frames

You can customise the geo on the leeson quite a bit. You can have the bb rise as 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm ect.
  23. That being a legendary mistake. I can't decide if it was a good or a bad thing, obviously not good in your mind. I would have found a nice wall to play with my head.
  24. If i'd known i could have ridden tommoro night. Not sure on what though. Harsh.
  25. Looking really good mate. I really miss my p-x. Had exatcly the same colour, looked the dogs bollocks. Just keep an eye on the old BB area. Memoreys.
