Just got a "Classic Mini" shirt off this site.....and I like it. Never usually buy clothes off the internet but I couldn't see these shirts anywhere else, so thought why not. Touge.co.uk thats the link to the part of the site I bought the tee. Theres some other stuff on there for Jap cars and Euro cars. I think the name for the site is japanese, dunnoe what it means mind. Worth a look in.

Lets Finish Olis Mini Guys! We Owe It To Him
Trials Punk replied to Prawny Baby's topic in Chit Chat
If you want another example of how poor they site used to be, they even used to have an "adult page" of naked ladies for your enjoyment!!! Unusual way of going about things. -
Your quite right, you should never, ever, ever use a torrent site with their thousand upon thousands of files. I would never condone this............................... Leave any more mention of torrent sites right there now mind.

Thanks, you've just given me a new way of thinking.

Some Riding Photos Of My Mates.
Trials Punk replied to Jen Eustace Photography's topic in Riding Pictures
Nice pics mate, awsome fair play. Can you tell me where the middle right one was taken please? -
I went to bed too early. Arse.

Might be better in Chit Chat. I used to use ShowBiz editor before, never had any problems really. Did a couple of vids using this. Just getting to grips with Sony Vegas now, I'm not that good at it but I'm going to learn my way around it. So far so good though.

There you go, validation didn't fail you. I can read your post without having to think too much now. Go for it, HS11's have never had the best "feel" to them but they are a budget brake. Have a look on ebay, might be some deals to be snapped up on there.

I've got a Leeson 24". Lovely frames if you can hold of them (as long as the GEO is right for you). Pity he has stopped making them, I hope he will continue his after service though. I might not need it that much now but for others its handy. From what he told me before, Kris was getting into racing Hondas, I think it was civics. So he had been making parts for them. Understandable, make the parts for what your son enjoys really. Still a shame though.

How Come I Have To Bleed My Maggie Every Other Ride?
Trials Punk replied to J Trials 31's topic in Trials Chat
Give it all a good clean inside the lever and around the pistons. Check the areas again, then all I can suggest is to replace what you belive to be leaking. Not sure what else you can do. -
Have you looked in the FAQ? How To Build A Wheel How To Calculate Spoke Sizes Spoke Length Calculator If the rim is smaller, your going to need shorter spokes. Either cut your current spokes down to size and re-thread them or buy new ones.

How Come I Have To Bleed My Maggie Every Other Ride?
Trials Punk replied to J Trials 31's topic in Trials Chat
Good point. I've never found my maggies ever leaking from the hosing, mostly from the piston inside of the lever. -
Put those full stops to good measure then. I assumed that they had snapped as the HS11's used to, or still do come with plastic lever blades and not "ALLINUMIUM" blades. As far as I can see there is no way of fitting a zoo or echo lever blade to a HS11 body, as they are made to fit the new type HS33's which have a different style lever. Your better off sticking with them, or as you said buying a new lever.

How Come I Have To Bleed My Maggie Every Other Ride?
Trials Punk replied to J Trials 31's topic in Trials Chat
What fluid are you using to bleed it? Airs getting in somewhere, so oil/water/whatever is coming out. Get a mate to hold the lever down hard, whilst you check for any leaks along the lines. Make sure you check inside the lever and the pistons near the pads. -
Validation failed you, but I understand. Sounds like your lever snapped? Plastic? HS11 ALLOY LEVERS Click the magical link.

Lets Finish Olis Mini Guys! We Owe It To Him
Trials Punk replied to Prawny Baby's topic in Chit Chat
The Finish Olis Mini Thread on TMF Read this from Page 2 onwards, from this you will get some idea of what has been going on. The person who seems to be posting on behalf of morspeed seems to be a part time employee, who got stuck in the middle, then sided with simon (as he is his boss), then took it to a slightly more personal/un-professional way. Said employee has stopped posting on the topic of late (guessing Simon told him to shut up) but has now begun PMing me due to my reference on TMF about the (part time employee). Morspeed has put up a POP UP appology on its website Appology, which is annoying as if you have a pop up blocker it tends not to be displayed. Proves an interesting read............ I'm unsure of how long this pop up has been listed on this site. Hope things are resolved soon. -
We're riding on the 1st of november, so if you fancy it pop down. I'll make a post in a min for the ride.
-
Swansea don't count, thats ermmm. West wales....... I will ride there again soon, making it more regualar now. Gonna start riding at least one night in the week trials, and then one day on the weekend trials or summat else. Ordered new CNC heatsink pads so I have to ride.
-
Cardiff, is alright. Personally I enjoy riding there, for my level its fine. I'm just getting back into it too. Reason why I say its just alright is because some riders dislike it as the riding spots tend not to be very close together and theres not many big things there. I say theres not many big things there, but that is most probabbly because none of us have ever got good enough to hit anything like that. I'd say its a good idea to pop down for a ride, see if it suits you. What I will say is Bristol is better.
-
Ahh right. I'm sure it'l come along eventually. The site layout is alot better than it was. I'm sure the south wales riding scene will pick up one day................
-
SORT IT OUT THEN...... Nice work mate, small world really. Get those gig dates up on there mun. Just to let you know theres a night street sesh in cardiff on wednesday if you fancy it.
-
People do exist near newport. Honest. I don't live far from newport, 20min at most. Caerphilly just north of cardiff.
-
Newport, in my opinion is a good laugh. I'm not into the "clubbing" side of things. More like gigs and what not. Newport has TJs there, Nirvana has played there, as have NoFx. Theres loads of bands that have gone there but I can't be bothered to go through the list. (Bad Manners are playing in novemeber or december!!!). You've got mojos there and the mezz lounge, mezz lounge is i'd say "alternative". I like it in there, mojos steps up the level to increase ze bass. I don't live far from Newport, 15-20 min drive.
