i use a desk fan and position it so that it blows cold air into the side of the case at the cpu/ graffics card area and that works wonders. tempted by a new fan/ heatsink for the summer as its getting rather hot lately.

Go to a bike shop and see if they can true it. If its beyond repair, then you may need to buy a cheap rear trials wheel with a 20 inch rim.

Its recommended by camelbak. A 3ltr reservoir full should last you atleast 3 hours, can always go to th eshop and refil it. you actually sweat alot more than i realised when excersising add the heat and you will sweat alot more.

Buy a camelbak. get one with a 3ltr reservoir and enough room for tools etc and your sorted. Supposed to drink 1ltr or water an hour when riding.

Isis BB bearings tend to go faster than those on square taper, but some company that was mentioned in MBUK sell one thats about £100 and has a mint review. Ridden hard, never cleaned or serviced and forcefully abused to see if it breaks and nothing after about a year... I shall be getting one.
