See the 2 white blocks, they are what you need, along with the boiling water. You also need a vice idealy so you can clamp it up. That kit is about £20 from what I remember, all you ever need really. there is a guide somewhere to bleeding if you don't know hoe to do it, just have a search in the FAQ section.

cup of boiling water, dip it in for about 20 seconds or so, push like f**k until it goes on. Keep dipping it in if it doesnt go all the way on 1st time, just make sure you dont take the barb off for that. Dont scald yourself either.
