Get bar with the spring locks, sooo much better and less fiddly. Buy decent bars to with abit of weight in them. The bars i have weigh around 15kg to start with, without anything on them... Not to fond on multigyms as you end up lifting about half of the weight it says it is. (pulleys, wires etc) This site is quite good for weights etc, used it a couple of times now...
