I have an nForce 4 board, with the dual channel. I went for 2 x 1gb sticks on top of the 2 x 512mb sticks i already had. Runs fine. I can always upgrade the 512's if i ever need to. didnt go for the 4 2gb sticks as i had heard about the XP 64bit thing. What processor you got?

Lmao One of the main pumps that supplys water to most of the Fylde coast decided to not work. 2 days with no running water, wasnt fun. Tuesday night, a sub station decided to explode to, managed to blow the machinery up and blow 2 walls out lol. so that left lots of the area with now power for a good 5 hours lol.

If you have the string, stick it in the hole thats located in the track in the ball. Wrap it around the track until about an inch or 2 of strong is left showing. Pull the string hard and fast and it will get the ball spinning at a couple of thousand revs. Make sure you press on though before doing it lol, just dont hold the on button or you will erase the high score. To keep it spinning once its started and in your hand, thats just practice lol. Do it by making circular motions with your wrist. big circles to start with, and as it gets faster, bring the circles in. When it gets to about 11k, your wrist is hardly rotating lol.

I was told by the health shop man to take lots of liquid carbs before training, then within 30 mins of training, make a shake up of 1 part protein 2 parts carb (may have been the other way round) Also, he told me to take a decent vitamin suppliment everyday after breakfast or dinner. Hes told lots of people that, and you should see some of the guys that buy from that shop! Said only take the shakes when you workout aswell, as if you just take them everyday without workout in between it can turn into fat

Makes sense really. I just do the weights, dont bother with all these protein shakes etc. If you wanna get the balance muscles in your ankles working or just do your legs, fill a backpack with about 10 2L bottles of water and go for a walk..

I do weights and still feel the burn a week later. Is that supposed to happen? None of my mates seem to have it last that long.. When i do weights though, i do them really slow and can feel all the muscles im whatever im doing twitching etc. Just want to know why its taking so long to repair

COD4 on the 360 I have the dragunov with the ACOG scope and blue tiger camo Headshots all the time. Plus, the best combination on there has to be the M4 with the silencer, claymore perk, UAV jammer perk and the dead silence perk. Silence is bliss

Nine has been doing that. Go to help at the top of the video screen and you should find updates. I installed a newer version off there and it was fine then. Has the same problem as you, all blocks all over the screen.
