  2. Im gonna say over a grand. I know it would be for me, and im 21 and thats with one years no claims... Really depends on the area though. Just find a site, enter details and see what it says.
  3. Ray hands down. If i wanted to watch someone pretty much kill themselves in ice water etc, id just log in to liveleak. Ray teaches you stuff. I have one of his bushcraft books, tells you how to make a boat and everything. Plus, Bear was once shafted for staying in a hotel when he was supposed to be living in an ice cap or something.
  4. The card I have I really need Vista though to get the full potential out of the DX10 on it, but im not converting to that shite just yet.
  5. Yer im like that, apparently its easy but its running all high settings on crysis with max res on a 22inch screen spot on. Ill do it when i get the watercooling i think.
  6. Quad has a faster cache time, also can be clocked to the same speeds as the E8500. No need to go dual core, stick with the one listed in the kit. The quad can also be clocked to over 3ghz memory with the stock cooler if done right and nearly 4 ghz with an aftermarket one. Whats the rest of the spec like on it? I have the Q6600 in my computer, only running at 2.5ghz at the moment but its fast as shit. Im also pretty sure the E8500 was tested as the worst 45nm processor of the bunch aswell.
  7. Just make sure that everything you buy is compatible. Check the memory speeds the motherboard can take (DDR2, DDR3 etc) Make sure the socket of the CPU matches the one on the board etc. Put one together yourself on say Scan.co.uk, screen print the basket and post it on here. Built 3 computers from scratch now, gonna water cool it one day I think. 2 loops, one for the CPU and one for the GPU
  8. Good that one. Remember though, bigger monitors generally need better graphics cards to run them properly. A decent case is also a good thing, keeps components cooler.
  9. Who remembers the Skytrak? Upside down version of human scalextrics
  10. She/hes ok i suppose. Infact, yer, she'd get nailed
  11. Think it does. I missed the 1st 10 mins so ill watch it again I think.
  12. Didnt write to any companies. Rang them from college and organised a visit. Got in to the 2nd place I rang up. Been there nearly 2 years now.
  13. Effy would get rattled senseless. Its gonna be even more pants than this last series by the sounds of it.

Hes not going to tell you by the looks of it, doesnt want to get embarrased.
  15. Shelly Woods in the wheelchair was unlucky. She would have easy come 1st if she didnt get that puncture. Grew up with her, was there the day she paralysed herself aswell...
  16. Wasnt saving his life, he wanted to go the "alternate" route
  17. Nah, I just dont like something about Bear haha. Ill still watch it though to find out which wacky way hes going to risk his life this time. Saw one where he climbed down this 200ft waterfall with just his hands... Silly man.
  18. Ray Mears is soo much better than this bear fella. He just tries to kill himself all the time where Ray actually teaches you stuff.
  19. Pretty much the same thing as me but im doing a 3 year one, on my 2nd year now. Training to be a maintainance technician in the injection moulding industry. Doing hydraulics, pneumatics etc. GOod fun, get nice and dirty. Oh, did 2 years at college beforehand doing a BTEC National Diploma in Manufacturing engineering.
  20. I would have though that answer would be obvious? He isn't as strong as the hulk (you) is he. Noone told you its better to lift a comfortable weight with good form rather than a heavy weight with sloppy form?
  21. I read in arnies weight lifting encyclopedia that using a belt all the time is bad for muscle growth as it stops the muscles from forming properly due to being constantly held in one place.
