I am just sgort of 13 stone and have run 20psi for the last year and have never had a punture (Y) When i 1st started on a stock i ran the same pressure and never got a puncture. Come to think of it, never had a punture in my 3 years of riding *touches wood*

But technically you didn't ride in the rain did you (Y) Ride in the pissing rain, you will find it sooo much better

I like my Maxxis tyres. Ride most days and arent really wearing down that much. About £13 a tyre from my local bike shop (Y)

Simple solution...get a bmx! (Y)

You need to head up the prom about 4 miles from the pleasure beach to find the rocks etc, but it's well worth it when you get there. (pleasure beach is south shore, rocks are north shore) (Y) Are about 2 miles I would say of ridable stuff, maybe more!

The gap is about 3 1/2 bike lengths, it is massive!! The run up is quite long so you get a nice bit of speed. check in old blackpool videos, gap will be in there somewhere (Y)
