I start mine with my thumb. Hold in left hand, thumb to the left, then push down and flick forwards really fast then start doing the spinning motion. It will only start picking up momentum though if I flick it hard enough for the LED's to come on, otherwise it doesnt do out. Only thing that has put me off buying the CX500's is the symmetrical cables. I like the right one to be longer so I can wrap it around my head and keep it on all the time. Plus, its proper faff trying to keep just one in, always trys to pull itself out.

Xbox's are only noisey when you run the game from the CD and not the hard drive. Surely everyone with an xbox knows that one?
