  8. Seems a massive amount of weight MY zona zenith(2.2kg frame) was at it's heaviest only 11.2kg, and that was with a rear echo 07 rim, echo cnc cranks, gigapipe bb and 203 BB7 Try weighing again?
  9. Kits are around £20 here, and im sure an engineering firm would be able to help. The ship building industry i know is big out there, and helicoils are often used in marine applications.

    Took the bike out to test the hub.....tried to kick to backwheel and thought king did full pedal skip. Just black ice, so relieved
  12. Jubilee clips? tap to m6? helicoil? haha sounds brilliant....pictures? if the whole frames skewed sideways surely it'll crab slightly
  13. Use a track pump. Affix to the olive hole in some ingenious way, keep bleed screw in magura. et voila

  15. For a 24, I'd run a king or echo sl freewheel with an echo tr hub. You'll need a 135mm hub for sure though.
