  1. Truth... my vote goes with coustellier pads in heatsink backings Been using them for 2 years now
  2. Looking good...ridings improved for sure
  3. Yeh i was quite annoyed about that the weave goes the wrong way too...I'll have a new up to date rendering tomorrow *with bolts* for anyone that wants to see
  4. It's a fairly cheap hub to start off with...so I'd just replace it to be honest. Something like an Echo TR or if you can find it an Onza T-master hub would be ideal
  5. I'd like to point out...that I only lathed up the barrel and piston NOT the clamp or blade Cheers for the comments though peoples... and to pingu...ride asap!
  6. I'd say heat it right up then bend it back extremely gently. It'll be safer with one missing tooth than one that might direct the chain off the cog.
  7. Your front wheel was single-walled by me. I estimated it saved around 90g?
  8. Feckin keeeeeen riding, lush style and lush bike Really good dude, now i just need to catch up
  9. Grinder...file...done. Did mine in 3/4 hour. Silly idea using a CNC mill for it though, would take you forever and cost you easily twice the price of a rim i reckons.
  10. 1100, +55, 375, 72 i think... 145 x 25 should be fine
  11. They do make some decent stuff though...DJ wise anyway i think
  12. That's because the Evo mounts are massively offset inwards, forcing the pads into the rim.
  13. one spoke..bent around the axle, loops back down and presses on the chain.
  14. Works fine...i used one for a couple of weeks on my t-pro ( echo lites, 203 old BB7, hope xc on try-all rim [3x] )
  15. Minimalist tensioner idea or make one of these
  16. Aha, I see Good sleuthing...
  17. hey man, got some cheap cranks if you still need them, Alex :)

  18. I haven't heard about that...although they are testing a new superlight Try-all Stock front tyre.
  19. I'd day around 100 ish? may have been more but it was kind of confusing as there was so many different groups of riders.
  20. Just got my Viz bars too...they seem okay so far. Identical to monty ti's geometry wise, just 1.5" longer.
  21. Haha, no worries dude...just confused me a tad there.
  22. Yeh they do, they have a screw on bash akin to the old base/ddg/onza/beetle cranks A shed? yup, ffw = front freewheel. I don;t think you can fit a bash to the try-all cranks to be honest. Adam , correct me if I'm wrong but aren' they standard on the old djinn and yaabaa 649 bikes? Meant for bikes with a bashplate as they offer no chainring protection themselves. Which onza cranks? the pro cranks? If so they're pretty good...seem solid and a reasonable weight, look fairly similar if not identical to the meta tcs cranks.
  23. Not sure if there's anything usable....but here's a link to my pinkbike albums http://darkbiker.pinkbike.com/album/Plymouth-Dec-6th-2009/
