Seen try-all crack, Tensile snap ( both types ) monty cranks cracked.....strongest out there appear to be Echo CNC WI freewheels are notorious for stripping freewheel threads due to their slightly oversized threads.
Work fine, fairly decent engagements......if youre on a budget or beginner then not a bad choice. I ran one for about 9 months? Still got it and works perrfick
Doesn't really matter...Magura, Vee or Disc they can all work damn well if set-up and maintained
Erm, yeh a normal 2 / 4 bolt booster will fit on there if the brake spacing will allow ( are the clamps too close together? measure the distance between the 2 top bolts ) IF they are really close you may have to just use 1 / 2 of the normal Evo boosters.
Mr EVO 2 just proved Hynes is a nooblet
Nah, they work okay but be prepared to have to change to a vee / new frame with 4 bolts when you go big..... Mine started slipping after a while.
dude, its not rocket science...if it doesnt reach, reduce the radius and bring the caliper in towards the rotor. Set the inner pad so its as near to rubbing as possible, and the outer so it makes the lever feel noice Sorted
*Which model
The spring makes no difference to the sealing of the brake...
Some flexible rubber to hold the hosing and mole grips can be used, although it is a hell of a job.
You've done fine dude
I wouldn;t use them personally...seen 2 die now, stay clear is my advice.
Tensile 60 click, Echo SL are both great value and performance freewheels Never need anything more.
