  1. Same...takes fekin ages when you don't have a proper trials bike or anyone to learn off
  2. Nicely done Rich....I really think that will go some way to explaining what trials is to a fair few people and liek you said raising awareness and helping people understand we're not all mindless vandals that we seemed to be normally branded as
  3. Rally want to go to this after I had problems getting to my potential first comp ( Hampshire ) Has anyone got any videos or pics of the course or an idea of roughly what is involved?

  8. Tru that... Just ride it around a bit, maybe chuck some water on to get rid of the iron oxide build up. If the rotor is visibly pitted, a replacement would be your best bet

  14. Looks okay, some more colour coordination needed and it'll be nice I'm sure... Should come down to Plymouth, get a ride on the go.
  15. Course its bloody personal preference, hence why i stated my preference...the dude was asking for advice and I tried to give it. As far as I see it, the general consensus is riser bars. Nearly everyone runs them and this must be for a good reason surely.
  16. I said that...massively improves grip and reduces weight Check out the uber expensive try-all pedals, read why they're single cage.
  17. No cons to riser bars... To quote OBM " I've never been on a bike that's felt worse with risers" Viz pro720, Try-all Nowar, Monty 221ti.....pick one of the preceding and purchase
  18. They're the same...close topic If you want a choice of colours, go try-all....if you want to save £4 go trialtech. Both made by VP ( vp-458a ) and just re-branded. Whichever you buy, you should remove the inner cage though.
  19. I know the forks are weak...but thought the Hydroxx was a pretty strong frame?
  20. Fluid is widely regarded as being incompressible due to it taking gigatons of force to reduce it's volume. Fairly sure anyway....
  21. only way would be to run no steerer but...there wouldnt be any space for a hollow bolt large enough to take a cable in one of those wee star nuts.
  22. KMC Kool = K810...what I said up there
