  2. Hey there, just a quick question as im trying to work out the length of spokes for a new wheel build, has anyone got the ERD of a rear Onza Ronnie 26" rim? Cheers, Alex
  3. I think you should just choose whatever looks pretty to be honest, youre just shooting down whatever anyone actually suggests anyway.
  4. I've just finished spraying my h0le rim, and some maguras. Ill chuck some pictures up shortly.
  5. i cant, was sent as a gift...hm any other ideas?
  6. Right basically I paid someone off here £60, but i sent it to his old paypal account that he doesnt use. He has lost the old email address password and the paypal password so cant access it. Paypal say that i can only get a refund if the payment is unclaimed or the other party issues a refund At work all day tomorrow so cant call them, and the email link just sends me round in circles trying to resolve the problem. PLEASE HELP !
  7. Ah right Cheers matt... ah thats pretty clever, stops it running to the bottom as well i guess. Cool, well i think that would be worth investing in then Ill have a browse on the bay
  8. Is it really worth using acid etch? How much is it?
  9. Literally just about to spray my front rim ( try-all hole ). Stripped it down to bare metal, was going to spray 3 coats of primer, 2 of gloss black, 2 of satin black. Then 2 of lacquer Nice light coats, and make sure the rim surface is nice and clean before you spray. Make sure the rim is hanging up too, makes it a huge amount easier.
  10. haha was just about to say something along the lines of that. Loud freehub would be something like a Pro2? But they do strip ratchet rings.... Loud freewheel screwed onto a fixed hub would be a tensile cleaned out or an SL echo
  11. The tyres on the stocks are just kenda kinetics, and the mods look to be the echo luna tyres?
  12. Brilliant idea on the dropouts, makes heaps of sense BB is a good idea in my opinion...they'll pretty much stay with the frames anyway so its hardly much hassle for anyone, just means you dont have to faff round with shell widths and shitty bearings all the time
  13. Zoo looks lovely, but is a tad long and chainstays are too long gays edit: isitafox...like this?
  14. sounds like you ripped through all the threads on the brass barrel in the lever. Is the lever really close to the bar before you pull it? I had the same kind of problem on my diatech anchor rear brake, turned out to be a shite bleed, and i think an air pocket moved...meant my lever went from 25mm ish from the bar, to squeezing into the grip!.
  15. So if theyre selling their own products that they set the RRP on? Then they are just cutting out the middleman surely.... I don't see why selling things for a lower price is bad for the sport?! If anything I reckon its good for it.... more accessible etc. Surely manufacturers have every right to sell to whoever they want to ?
  16. Meh, I for one would wholeheartedly use Rock n Roll bikes. They're part of the Onza group so why shouldn't they sell their products with a middlemans profit margin tacked ontop more power to them...
  17. Nah, he rides a proto Onza stock now, but he still gets out the wee one when he's bored
  18. get an old crossover , preferably a snapped one. Tape it to a larger bit of pipe that'll fit into a track pump. Screw the barb into the echo bleed hole and pump piston should fly out.
  19. Der Kaiser or minion on the rear....kenda small block 8 on the front
  20. hm could find the tiniest bit on the bleed nipple cover but that was it. time for a rebleed and I'll report back as to how it goes. Cheers for your help
  21. Watch 18seconds in...comedy gold
  22. hey there, got a rear halfords hydraulic disc brake. Only problem is it lsoes pressure in a few minutes of use and the lever pulls into the bar after about a half hour. Are tehre any clever way of finding a leak? Apart from hanging it upside down? http://washford.scene7.com/is-viewers/flash/genericzoom.swf?serverUrl=/is/image&image=Washford/314401&viewSize=450,507
