    Hellllp

Best I can find.... dmr 22t
  8. Definitely agree.... ride whatever you want and don't be overly critical of other people's choices. Why are they wise guys because they sidehop everything?! Jealousy there.... repressed TGS fag inside of you Matthew? It IS the whole point of riding....I certainly wouldn't be riding now if it weren't for the people. NO it isn't, but that's a good thing. People can see beyond one style of riding. Trials has progressed and evolved in a good way in my opinion.....people always look back and say " so much better in my day" ...maybe this was true, but most of the time its people not understanding what riding's about today. STILL having fun.... STILL riding in an oldskool way if you want to STILL riding fluid if you want to. BUT going big, pushing limits and combining the oldskool with the new. IT IS YOUR CHOICE, if you don't subscribe to a certain style of riding, then don't do it!
  9. Well, came to clear my camera out and found loads of clips of Jake Norman and Adam Fisher, a couple of local Cornish riders. Thought id chuck them in a video and post up here. Hope everyone likes Alex vimeo linky
  10. Wow, thanks Damon! Made me smile that did... As below, the Hdr-sr12. It really is a great camera.... editing is a right chore though; it records in AVCHD which is massivle compressed.... my computer wont even smoothly play back my footage so i bet you can imagine what editing is like about 10fps. ( I run a p4 3.0ghz D, 2gb ram, windows 7 and a geforce 740 I think. ) Thats the very one
  11. Thankyou! I don't think the locations would be a spot on Australia though...the palce in your avatar looks amazing Yeh, I need to start doing more lines now for sure! Thanks
  12. I'm not conceited enough to assume it was directed at me ... but I was just saying I don't think its a fair statement. The proportion of videos that are actually shite is actually fairly small now I think.
  13. I don't even know what "type" of trials I subscribe too.... I try and make my bike as light as possible, purely because I enjoy the engineering behind lightweight parts or modifying / making my own parts....My main three moves are, you guessed it Tap Gap and Sidehop; I try and ride as much natural as possible but its just not possible a lot of the time. I want to go as big as possible and just to get my riding up to the highest possible level. If that means inch pinching to achieve this then im all for it. It's just another type of training surely? Just far too much trying to put people in certain groups now. Like other people have said in this thread, the only trouble with TGS is the image that goes with it...but lets be honest it isn't that much of a problem and, in my opinion at least, strikes quite a parallel to the BMX world. Loads of them are aggressive riders, that seem to have quite a lot of anger issues! They also beat the shite out of their bikes at time...but like trials theres so many different types of people that do it. As for Matthew62 ripping down the quality of videos, that really annoys me. I really try hard in all the videos I edit; I realise they're not amazing but I among others do try really hard. Trials is very hard to film well in my opinion, certainly if you're on your own a lot of the time! My point here is ride whatever the hell you want but don't cram it down other people's throats, or try to make out you're better than them ( 24 elitists anyone?! ). I've certianly felt spoken down to by some people on the forum just because I don't link massive lines or can't manual for shit...it really doesn't matter!
