I think it's made from pine resin...its extremely sticky and can overcome the springs on vees making the pads stick to the rims...plus it leaves white gunk all over your rims.... I used to just use coke and pour it on the rims...the cheaper the better...comes off easier and isnt as savagely bitey
* check out trashzen.com, * look at some vids on either tv.isg.si or youtube * Practice! * Maybe buy Tricks and stunts (by the two marts; ashton and hawyes) Halfords around £6
You said you were interested in a trials bike? How about the onza woodstock that im selling....good base for a trials bike, superlight @ 1.6kgs and really nice streety geo and, has a seat!
Pretty beasty bike...i dont really like the prurple rims though...anodised purple always reminds me of the days of oldskool xc with cantis and lycra......god only knows why....
Well my solution would be to put my drivetrain on the other side....bmx styley...put the driveside crank on the opposite side and turn the wheel 180 in the dropouts....you could still use a modified 74kingz or similar clamping chain tensioner.....when i find a cheap tensioner one thats what im going to do!
Seen the spangly new bt...looks bootiful, love the paint job as well, looks like a duncon cock frame.....zoos pretty good....minor gearing and geo issues to sort out though.....
