  1. zona's shouldnt need a booster to be honest, my friends one manages fine without...i have to use one on my other three bieks though because of the hugely flexy chainstays ( onza woodstock - onza carbon booster, zoo pitbull - rb booster , trek 820 st - outland booster )
  2. i ride, an 04 zoo pitbull, a trek 820 st dirt jump bike and an onza woodstock for proper streety trials
  3. mate , you're doing well...but remember , when you front wheel hop the power comes from the waist down, not the arms 360 front wheel spin?!...sweet move if you can nail it..most ive done is near to a 270*
  4. i bought my dmr v8s for £5 second hand and they're brilliant...ive dropped one pin so far, but apart from that they've been amazing
  5. supercycles do the kmc kool chains (k710 ) for £6.....i used one for about a year until i got given a k-5c ( bmx freestyle one ) for free

  7. exactly...im sure someone could whack uop an adaptor...im sure quite a few people would use it as well
  8. a really well set up 04 magura, with heatsink reds, a harsh grind, water bleed and a booster if needed will own most brakes.... the only thing i will say is that obviously having a brake that has cables instead if fluid is far easier to replace vees are so oldskool ......
  9. the mono trials is probably the best hydro trials brake....or the bb7 with a 220mm hope floating rotor
  10. i tried for ages...mr fish does them and selectbikes.co.uk used to do them, i was desperate for some red ones
  11. yeh ive seen it, well worth a watch, tis a really good documentary
  12. probably about 50, although....i did 50m hopping on the backwheel as a challenge....my god did my arms hurt after that
  13. 1. At the moment he's using a t--???? stem, a steel one thats extremely high and fairly long ( 120mm + ) 2. Just wondered because a lot of people say that their alloy tpa's just thread themselves and break 4. what bar and stemi for the holroyd? he's using answer pro-taper risers with a 90mm x 30* rise kore stem atm and its pretty rubbish
  14. my alivio and deore arms are around 10.3 - 10.5cfm so not much use really....lower profile tyre maybe?
  15. same...tis a bit cheesy IMO
  16. that sounds cool....a tf campsite...shweet, maybe repeat that this year?
  17. all the new stuff from onza looks great.. i really like the look of the limey 1.six, as to the name; wasnt the woodstock 1.6kgs? Im thinking the onesiz took sone inspiration from the santa cruz jackal...on the top-tube side of things...maybe not quite as pronounced, but similar maybe?
  18. what?! we're not allowed in/on the trials arena?
  19. yeh....the trian journey would be like 3 hours, maybe longer

  21. looks awesome....even if it does have devil-size wheels Paintjob is shweet...looks seriously nice
  22. we've had one colt and several galants and they've all been pretty brilliant...apart from the general things to check....erm, i cant really think of anything else sometimes the alternator belts are prone to wearing quickly, and the engine ecus are known to be at risk from power spikes, causing a poor or non-running engine
