get the bike upside down...get a section of old handlebar etc, ram it down the forks ( from front wheel towards stem direction ) now twat that with a hammer...it should push the star nut out enough to grab the offending bolt with some molegrips
as strange as muels post is....i totally agree; rock n rooll cycles sound so amature......get a decent name to go with the updated site, new bikes and company image maybe.... hog cycles....i dunno..thats nearly as lame, but you know what i mean You could just sell it as onza bikes.....

2 punctures in a week isnt that much to be homnest....just sort your self out with decent tyres, tubes etc...check the inside of the rim /trye for things that might puncture the tube ( eg thorns, spokes, rough metal ) and you'll be fine
i erckon fair play to him....he's done a good job of designing some cool looking parts....okay so they're hardly trend-stting or innovative...but theres not much that is anymore
