  2. i stick my ass over the rear wheel, then lean forwards as the bike gets higher to stop yourself "looping out"
  3. i'd say: rich pearson, akrigg, damon, danny mac, danny holroyd, both marts, hans rey Really suprised hans hasnt been mentioned yet
  4. the new style tpa's are quite weak, as they're plastic....just take it apart, check if the thread has stripped....if it has get a metal tpa from tarty

    nice....new bike looks shweet
  6. its got so many dents its untrue :$ Ill take a picture tonight then we can play " identify your dent "....... just out of interest what bar/stem set-up did you have on yours, and have you got any videos of you riding it?
  7. id just say they're both yours to be honest, really sorry to hear about that though, it really sucks when that happens, especially with such expensive bikes.....hope you get them back soon dude
  8. erm, well thats an intersting story....i agreed to buy it off someone on here..then he contacted me saying his brother had trashed i with an angle grinder and that if i wanted i could have it for free; so i got it and converted the remains and resurrected it into a half-bash
  9. hey dude, good to see you finally on the forum......
  10. id personally zip-tie it....
  11. thats awesome...uber tuckage,
  12. i have no idea mate.... i have a suspicion it'll just be mart there
  13. jut package it well and take it to your local post office.........
  14. i use plastic backings and they're fine to be honest, if i could get some cnc'd cheap then i'd get some......but i cant see that they're worth the money over the standards
  15. yeh echo lites are pretty nice, just ask muel; he's got 3 of the things
  16. specialist i would have thought... prep the frame first ( nitro then sand it ) apply several coats of primer, then several coats of main coat then several of lacquer
  17. id go for the kona myself, they;re awesome bikes and pretty damn good value for money
  18. thats just pointless........just run either a standard dh setup or go full trialsy with a 22t up front and gears on the back ( or even ss )
  19. just get some lightweight forks and reduce the travel with spacers.....
  20. creepy crawlers if you want average grip but awesome wear rate; Try-alls if you want great grip, but not so long-lasting tyres
  21. Yep, works a treat, had it for 4 months and it's hardly worn
  22. an a3 is a mod matey.... ERm try pm-ing muel,he made a disc brake adaptor for his echo lite, im sure he could help you if you decide to fab one. try some zoo pads on the back ( or similar ) for painted or anodised rims, when it tarts to wear through, buy some heatsink reds/ koxx browns and give it a good grind
  23. looks a bit nice biddle, the bars look great as well
  24. tarty nearly always measure with echo urbans, where as the rest oif the websites probably get their info form deng himself who probably measures witht he relative forks ( e.g pitbull with pitbull forks, le with gu forks etc ) these can all be slightly different lengths and rake and so would affect the bb rise and wheelbase slightly
  25. wel.....you've got some good suggestions now, should be a pretty sweet website.... i definitely think the history o#f bikes is a good idea....maybe a timeline as well....starting off witht he onza HO brakes and porc tryres...then moving to the t-bone, t-pro, limey then present day...would really show how the company has progressed throught he time its been in business I really like the scientists idea of having the new product ideas, or scrapped ideas for us to look at, like he said it really helps to get the customer involved in the company
