  1. risers are soo much better IMO....performance and loooks, i hate the look of flats, the bends just look so abrupt
  2. sounds like they';re both contaminated wit something...id say clean pads and rotor with isopropyl alcohol...see if that solves it. If not, then replace pads and clean rotor
  3. czar....ko's are built very badly...no s-bendsin the chainstays, all crack round booster etc..
  4. luuush bikes, really like these, i thought they were 1070, 380, 72, +10?
  5. god knows....keeps scanning here i guess i prefer a rb blade with 04 body...but thats just me i spose
  6. plastic metal....weldtite make some im sure or epoxy resin'll work
  7. ive got a 3mile ride to mine....but i still run singlespeed; it isnt so bad, and definitely worth it for the weight saving / less chain skipping / no rear mech advantages...........
  8. single ply though...so no real use to most of us Any decent tyres, dual ply, same or better grip than maxxis, lighter than maxxis for around £20? Ive found some but he real issue always seems to be either the compund being too hard or th sidewalls being too thin, thus giving tonnes of punctures... A good tyre for the the front though is the specialised 2bliss....big profile, mid compound, a lot lighter than a high roller......
  9. well, it'll be good to see you riding buddy....thought you quit on us! still want those disc only urbans if you've still got them kicking around niiice, ill look out for him then cool, all rodents ...*riders, welcome, especially new ones

  11. yeh i reckon thats a better idea..... Ive got free travel to truro so alls gravy
  12. 2nd'd I can just about see the second now
  13. thats because trials cranks dont include a spider on them
  14. normal sprockets will fit, and yes; leaving 3 cogs off a standard cassette is an option, but it'd be far easier to go single speed. If possible try to get a wide-based cog as these resist digging into the freehub body
  15. i stand corrected then! just never seen it happen before
  16. dear god this topic is confusing..everyone seems to have diffferent opinions...
  17. bike looks lush mate, waiting expectantly for video...
  18. righto....so its on a sunday then? either plymouth or truro? ill put it to the vote then
  19. eactly....the higher it is above the surface; the further away you have to be to see the reflection
  20. fook me muel...looks gorgeous loving the copper / orange rims and a whole kg lighter than mine
  21. Righto... Just fancied having a big ride in about 2 weeks time...not sure of the location ( hence the topic description ) ...so, any suggestions, post them here. got the new bike with new parts, and i should be completely recovered from the ole shoulder to ride as usual by then......
