  1. For those of you that have their doubts, I can in fact confirm that it is in fact... ...bloody ugly >_< . It isn't a Shooter frame and never has been. Edit: Judging by the postage it's made out of cast iron drainpipes. The weld around the bottom bracket would appear to confirm this.
  2. Here: EBay Item number: 7178602709 The reason I asked how much too short is that I would definitely not recommend this if your fork column didn't at least pass through both sets of headset bearings. The stem needs to stick out slightly above the top so that the top cap pulls it down for tightening. If it doesn't, you need to use spacers so that it does. I think I made sense...
  3. How much too short have you cut them? You could use a fork extender, as has been mentioned. They're about a tenner. ... isn't it the other way round? ;)
  4. Here is a close up: And for those who need the blindingly obvious spelt out: DRILLING HOLES IN YOUR FRAME VOIDS THE WARRANTY. AND IT MIGHT LEAD TO PAIN. WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOU TRYING THIS AT HOME. OR ANYWHERE ELSE :-
  5. I was speaking to the Tart yesterday... he told me he had done 46 front hops on one without stopping. And worried about the forks with every one. They are very nice to ride, but maybe not for everyone here. Check out Ashley Butler on a mini bike that had Maguras pop riveted on front and rear... The wheelbase is a bit shorter at 78cm (seventy-eight, yes). I think the tandem you were after was the monkey bike tandem: But that is rather hard work to ride. EDIT: You can delete this if you want Adam. I don't know if you want anyone to know about that.
  6. That depends on how well you know Danny or Ben. Take a tape measure and you can answer Mark's question, because I didn't measure anything or weigh anything (a bit lax, I know; maybe next time)
  7. Your wish is our command. Well, sometimes. I'm just wondering if I can put a photo in the description part of a link instead of words, so here goes... EDIT: It works. Live and learn. This and the stock proto will be what they're riding in Manchester tomorrow.
  8. It has been put up here so some of you can see how and why we came to our decision, with the photos for assistance. Obviously, if there was no thread, there would be no photos here. The fact that he posted the photos is irrelevant, really. We aren't annoyed that he did it and punishing him as a result, if that's what you are suggesting. If we had just phoned him and told him he could have a half price replacement it would probably have come up on this thread anyway.
  9. I think you weren't telling us everything... this can serve as a case study of what happens when we get a frame back. We do keep an open mind (in spite of what some of you may think) in all cases when we inspect the frames we receive for warranty or half price replacement. Hopefully the photos I've included will allow you to follow our thinking. This is possibly the worst damage we have seen to a bashplate, ever. It has wrapped itself around the lower mounts and deformed them. The bashplate elastomer cyclinders have a 90 degree bend in them, caused by the bashplate pushing its way forward. Also, the bashplate no longer has any resemblance to its original shape. We expect people to have accidents and the bashplate (and half price replacement policy) is there for your protection but continual and repeated abuse is easily spotted. The warranty is against defective workmanship and materials, not against accidental/on purpose damage. If you choose to ride to bash or this sort of thing happens to you another way, our suggestion would be a half price replacement bashplate (if it's an Onza), before you need a replacement frame. Edit - sorry, forgot. Final answer: Half price replacement. Get in touch, please. And now the photos
  10. I've only seen code calculators that work with Nokias (so far). I'll have a look at that one.
  11. 1. start phone without SIM 2. Enter code *2767*7822573738# 3. Restart phone. Samsung V200 only, and apparently not all of them. I've used this on a couple, though, and they've been fine. Now you know what you pay £5 for.

Someone was asking what the Ronnie looked like, and this is the closest I have at the moment...
  17. Have a look at these. Sent by Daniel Aaroe, quite artistic, some of them, and large enough to use as wallpaper if you'd like. Until I get around to reducing the KB of the large images so they load quicker.... download them while they are detailed (!) :(
  18. Don't know if it counts as the 'range' you are on about, but here are the weights of the Onza Sticky Fingers tyres copied over from another post: 20x2.0 - 720g 20x2.4 - 930g 20x2.5 (19" rear wheel) - 1140g 26x1.95 - 770g 26x2.1 - 880g 26x2.5 1240g Prices are already up at Supercycles, as are the details of the half price replacement scheme (in terms and conditions), quoting the relevant bit: Of course, the damaged part has to be returned so it can be scrapped and to prevent people from trying to claim half price bits more than once off the same item... :-
