  1. I guess we're all talking about it so it's kinda worked already? Heh, i'll reserve judgement till i've ridden it, but good on them for coming up with new designs...
  2. Disk...It's not worth having any other brake in my opinion. But what do i know?

    Happy Slap

Hahaha, funny 'cos it's true! Er...Happy slaps are bad.
  4. Like Observed Trials.net, but with silly English people (Y)
  5. Mr Morris' is still my favorite... I don't have any good photo's, due to the subject material (me) being shit (Y)
  6. Just measured my bar height...Which is 39" (stupidly high :turned:) Anyways, my highest tap is about 6" over bar, making it 45". It depends on the wall though, some walls i can get that every time, others it just doesn't happen...
  7. Not sure about my good side, but i did ~ 36" to my bad side first time today. I need a better wall to practise on... I recon i can do about 41/2/3" to good side.... Possibly more. I need to put in some time at the wall at Tower Bridge park!
  8. Mappage There you go :turned:
  9. Yeh take a look, they'll be chaper than Bromley Bikes anyways... :turned: And from Victoria to Bromley South station is about half an hour on the train, and then you've got a walk up Bromley highstreet and along the road to the bike shop, so it's relitively far compared to the various Evans stores dotted around London. There should be a map on their website, try Evanscycles.co.uk or something similar :)
  10. Noope, I'm riding it :S Haha, on my brothers old Trek 4500 with Raceline Maggies, a 60mm stem, Marzocchi forks, and a 32T DMR Ring thing! Did my first ride on it yesterday, i havn't sat down for years! Still smoked a roadie on a climb though  Have fun dude!
  11. Fair play, if that's the case, take a look in the Evans stores, they're found all over the City Centre. There are 2 stores in Waterloo, one is right opposite Waterloo East station (find the MacDonalds, walk acorss the road, there is a Sainsbury's, and it should be staring you in the face!) and the other is just round the corner :D

    Food

That's not food! Hehe, i'm currently eating the top of my pen :S Dinner soon...Where i shall be having 'Salmon En Croute' apparently...

    New Monty

Christ! They could have made the bars a bit lower! Looks good...Though the bars seem stupidly high
  14. Both Bromley Bikes and Evans' are pretty poor for trials bits. I would have thought your best bet would be to have some stuff delievered to your hotel/mates/relative's address from some mail order companies
  15. I would have thought a series of drill holes (there's a proper name for it but i can't remember it  ....Chain drilling maybe?) would be quicker than a hand file? But then i guess you'd have to file it off anyway... Hmm... *Wonders off muttering*

    Food

A random swirly biscuit half covered in chocolate that my dad got from somewhere B) Er, and some 'Perry Farm Red Pippin Homemade apple juice' Oh, and i just finished a Pasty with French mustard slathered on top
  17. Mark, is it worth/possible to tape the ripped area together? Like a strip of tape at either end... My old Monty's lasted about 5 months before i got bored of the thin-ness...But they didn't rip. The silver lettering came off fully when i was putting them on.

    Food

A Marks and Spencer Apple Turnover. It's all over my keyboard (Y)
  19. I havn't snapped one for years. I snapped one on my Azonic, and have had a Giant and a Koxx since then, neither of which i have snapped anything... So one in three years of riding. I might start snapping some soon though, i'm sidehopping to my bad side at the moment.
  20. Just to add something in, on the way to France our car started to make a super high pitched squeal from one of the wheels. It changed pitch and went away when braking. We thought the wheel was gonna fall off (Y) So anyways, we got to Morzine and got it checked over by a small local garage (after the Audi garage were complete knob ends..) and the helpful French fellow took a look. Turned out a small stone had become lodged in the caliper housing, and was rubbing against the rotor, making a super-loud, high pitched squeak. So yeh...worth checking out if nothing comes out of the other suggestions :P
  21. However big the orange wall by the I-Max cinema is, or the wooden-topped wall by the blocks at Tate...That big...I have no idea how big they are though? Probably about 36" or something? No idea.

    Cassettes

I'm running 5 cogs: 18T Steel King Kog 17T 16T 15T 12T lockring cog. That's on an Alu driveshell. They're from a Tiagra cassette, with spacers inbetween to enable a KMC BMX chain to be run.
  23. Dis iz a stoopid fred. Erm, it doesn't matter that this is a trials forum as such, but you'd get much better replies if you post this in a teen problems chat room. No one on here (other than Tomm!) is a doctor.
  24. The thing is, how many French video's do you see? Other than the Koxx riders... Alexis Toteau (sp?) is one of the top riders in the world, and how many people know who he is? The UK seem to put out alot of vids (maybe thats a biast opinion considering i don't frequent and French forums), so we get known... It also depends on what your take on style is. Alot of the US riders love the 'shit BMX' style, cos it's different and prettymuch unique to the UK. French rule.
