Erm.... Oh my!
Going on my vast knowledge of Physics, Maths, Forces and Mew ( :"> ), I'd stick my neck out and say it makes no noticeable difference!
As the hub is supported by the dropout i woulda thought it would make no difference?
: shrug :
Erm... Practise riding backwards without using a big endo, just your bodyweight.
Find a plank of wood/a line on the pavement and practise riding along it.
Trackstanding as you say...
Practise balancing switch-footed.
You had a chat to Adam/Dave @ Tartybikes?
They might be able to match up the stickers for you i guess?
Maybe the firm they use has a crazy font-matching tool (N)
People on here might?
I think it's fair to say that even though the odd 'can i see your freeride bikes for inspiration' topics are good on here, this is a trials forum, not a freeride forum.
You'd be alot better off looking elsewhere.
There are much better frames out there for little money. The Saracen is a JUMP frame, for JUMPING.
As Endohopper said, Base frames are good.
Offtopic, but you sound like an arrogant c.unt.
I'd love to download this if i didn't have the slowest internet connection in the world :D
BTW, download Getright from here or somewhere like here :S
That'll allow you to carry on if the server resets or whatever :S
I'm gonna vote for disk...
With a V, i could never get it to work well and be quiet... if it worked well it squealed like a beatch.
Also, you don't get the wet weather performance of a disk.
I'd like to see someone get any power out of it to be honest...
As soon as you hit it, you'd bounce straight back up, and not have any time to put in any power through the cranks.
HOWEVER:
I'd love to see certain people on this forum give it a go (Y)
Try the Plazmatic pads on the Ceramic rim - Many have good results.
The Onza Hog rim is made of similar if not the same material as the Viz/Koxx rims, so you're just gonna have to put up with the problems if you need the 47mm width.
Ronnie's/Alex/Echo rims are the only ones that are strong and hold grinds, and are a fairly decent width. They're 38mm.
