  1. I'd like to say thankyou to the kind young lady who picked up my tenner that i dropped on the way to the post office this morning. Such a darling
  2. Maybe they're polycarbonate windows as used on race cars? So they don't shard/splinter/shatter in an impact. Who knows.
  3. *Cue freewheel discussion about whether the play in freewheels with low numbers of engagements gives a more explosive output at the wheel* My conclusion: Negligable.
  4. 1= Michelin comp 24 2.2 2= 3 over the course of 4 years 3= twentysixinch 4= 8/10 5= Bad Boy street UCI fusion. street. 6= £24.99 from CRC. Will last about 8 months. 7= Good grip that will last a fair amount of time, punctures very rarely. 8= Never had a puncture with this tyre. Toss up between this tyre and the Maxxis range, grip is less than the 42a compound but lasts longer. I prefere the Michelins tougher casing provinding a less bouncy feel. Personal preference.

    Bee Hive.

What do you think nitrogen is?! Considering you're breathing it in right now. I have nothing constructive to add to this thread, sorry
  6. Agreed I have some bits and bobs in my back garden for trials, and the obstacles promote this kind of riding because i don't have access to huge cotton reels and such. So doing a really technical line over two 1 foot high concrete blocks is more rewarding than doing a huge gap drop to harsh landing, a-la those 2 riders who i really love so much and have been sponsored by Zoo in their riding careers. Ahem.

    Bee Hive.

Dress up as a massive bee, with a 'Queen Bee' flag on your head, nuzzle with them for a bit, then run out of the shed making buzzing noises and hope to God they follow you.
  8. Hey, just because we're different to you, doesn't make me less of a person because i'm still exploring.
  9. Wha? you know how to fit them but can't fit them? Bring them to your local bike shop/local helpful trials rider and get them to fit them, then buy them a drink.
  10. Yup, a short train ride/long trials bike ride to Worthing will yield a fruitfull trip. Seb on here lives in Brighton, but hasn't been on for a while due to uni commitments at a guess, but yeh there are lots of things to ride there. Its usually the Worthing lot that ride there.
  11. Yo! I live in West Wickham, home of the best trials riders ever! True story. Anyways, we always ride Bromley/Croydon, if you have MSN add me (addy in me signature) and we'll hook. If you've seen anyone ride trials in Bromley/Croydon, theres a very good chance it's me/one of my ladyfriends. Safe homedog, Woody.
  12. Yeh he's been blocked and deleted on my emessen. He kept asking me what i had to sell and this left too little time for wanking.
  13. I wanna be in the pub again. Only had the time/funds to buy 2 Magners and a Strongbow. This is not good enough. Currently eating a ready meal. We did 140mph on the way to Eymesbury or somewhere, i don't know. There was a ford across a river, and a river, and soem swans, and everything.
  14. Either visit your friendly local chiropodist for an expensive lasering thats semi-permanent, or have a long bath/footbath, get some decent nail scissors and take a thin section away from the sides of the nail as deep as you can bare. Cut a small V snape into the top of your nail, this allows the nail to grow 'inwards' rather than towards the flesh. Put some disinfectant cream/gel onto the affected area and keep an eye on it. If it gets worse, visit the chiropodist. Only cut the nail straight across, rather than following the contours of the toe.
  15. I was planning on getting my nails done that weekend i'm afraid! Good luck Susanne

    ..

I like the way all the pictures of him gapping look like he's about to die a horrible chain-snap-style death. Word to Matt's comment. I like his hat.
  17. Firstly, an s is closer to w and a than z. Therefore, please type 'was' not 'waz' Sweet. Secondly, I ride a Koxx stock bike. Thirdly, click the link in my sig for Trashzen for tips on riding trials. Fourthly (quarterly? now theres a quandary...), bigger wheels doesn't neccesarily mean easier.
  18. We were gonna organise an all night London ride, but decided certain bits would be rather dodgy. I rode home at 3 this morning from a game of hide and seek in the woods, and i didn't see a car or person in the 20 mins it took to ride home, riding on the main road into West Wickham.
  19. Thanks for the pics Julien, it's a shame i couldn't make it! Would be good to have a ride at some new spots, not explored that area near Tower Bridge too fully! Cheers, Woody.
  20. Nah don't be silly Janson! CLS and Neil Tunnicliffe are so rad, they will never die! I'm off to destroy some rims, brb.
  21. Triton Gazza frame? How much do you have to spend?
