  1. He probably gets paid a shit tonne of money. Like certain people who work on the stock market, they can only work for 10 or so years before they burn out and simply can't do it anymore. However, they get paid a lifetimes wage in those 10 years. Anyways, my dad has an aviation license (for planes) and has had a couple of goes as a passenger in a 'coptor. He said he found it 10 times harder than flying a plane, and said hovering was rediculously difficult. Pointless post number 1.
  2. Depending on the terrain, ride through as much of it as possible. Don't just hop though everythign on your backwheel. I also find that if you've got 2 wheels on the ground, you'll be twice as stable, so wheelswapping is a great technique to learn as mentioned above. If you can keep 2 wheel on the ground, do it
  3. Christ alive you're right, it was the Koxx that was putting me off
  4. Same as, its my jumpy 4x street bike.
  5. Word, who was that? I felt his riding was 'better' than the Custards* as it was more interesting, though not neccesarily as big. * thought i'd bring that back

  7. Haha, yeh didn't ask for his autograph, couldn't tell you exactly what i said to be fair, just remember talking to him about Plymouth an all that jazz.
  8. Sweet comeback champ! I think what we've established is that trials riders are not cool, no matter how hard we try.

    Pinches?

Don't be a basher. If you're not bothered about weight, get a Michelin Comp 16/24, had a few over about 2 years, not a single puncture. Maxxis dual ply are also good.
  10. I mean i appreciate the time it took to take and upload the photo and all, but i have to say, i've never thought 'You know what i could do with right now? A 6" bit of metal with holes in raised 2" above the ground. Yeh, that'd be sweet'
  11. So why exactly did you need a welder to make that? Looks pretty good, though thats not the prettiest rotor around.
  12. Used all three have you? I have, and would go BB7>Hope>Louise. BB7s shit on everything from my experience.
  13. http://www.observedtrials.net/vb/showthread.php?t=32319 "From Webcyclery's website: 'This rear hub has a built-in chain tensioner that's similar to the old Echo chain tensioner in that, honestly, we don't trust it entirely. Some aggressive riders have told us they have trouble with it slipping. Be among the first to try this hub and then let us know how it works. '"
  14. The warmest thing you own is a t shirt?

  16. I have no idea - At the moment i'm wearing Diesel jeans, Next socks, Marks and Sparks boxers and a Fenchurch t shirt. And a Seiko titanium chronograph watch. What does that make me?!
