  1. You were born in 1993, the f**k do you know?
  2. Some people find wearing a backpack with summat heavy-ish in it helps. All in all, just practise.
  3. I'm kinda the opposite to you, in my 3/4 drinking years i've had 4 pints of lager, one when i was hammered and that was free, and recently had 2 bottles of Cobra at a staff party 'cos that was free. I've never liked the taste of lager/ale, so i won't drink it. I really enjoy the taste of decent cider, so i'd happily have it with dinner or, like now, just because i can. I'll freely admit that some cider (especially white cider) tastes like cack. All in all, I've concluded that cider is more manly.
  4. You're on. I'd love to see y'all drink some proper cider, like what boon and luke are talking about.
  5. I'll be out tommorow morning/early afternoon and wednesday all day, weather depending.

  7. Its scientific fact that the earth is coming out of an icehouse period into a greenhouse period (proven by oxygen 18 ratios and all sorts of other data). But clearly humans have a distinct affect on the climate. I'd be inclined to take both into account and say that if humans wern't around we'd still be going through a global warming period, just not as rapidly as with human input. Yes, some of the lower landmasses will be flooded, but thats not a new thing... The whole of the UK and much of Europe has been underwater at some point during its lifetime. How do you think you get chalk deposits in the South East, Limestone in the South West, pelitic sandstone in Yorkshire etc? So it was more a case of when, not if...
  8. That poor Thomson seat post Nice ride.
  9. So the 2 head honchos at both Curtis and Leeson both gave you the same 'technical bullshit'? Are you sure you know more than they do? Considering the amount of time they've both been building forks, frames and other parts? Try a local fabricator but i can assure you the time spent mincing around looking for your forks to be designed and made would be better off spent on a bike learning how to ride.
  10. Real cider alll the way. Boon knows where its at, thats how we roll down the South West.
  11. Fois Gras has nothing to do with chickens, get your facts straight! Getting people to buy the happy chickens?! You're sig says 'DON'T EAT CHICKEN' which means of any sort, cost or method of production.
  12. Just needed to quote a post of yours to comment on your 'don't eat chicken' signature. Did you even watch the f**king documentary you just posted?! Not ALL chicken production is 'cruel'! Did you not see the happy chickens running about in their nice woodland? Just like all these things, people will forget about it in a couple of weeks. I've always bought freerange stuff so makes no difference to me. Interesting documentary though.
  13. That was a shame! Missed the fun at Lloyds I had fun as usual, thanks to Rowan for teaching me how to hook that shit.
  14. Can't help you with acces to the bearings (though i'd imagine they're not replaceable?) but mine has been bang on for a couple of years now no problem. Might be worth just buying a new one for the £35 or so it'll cost
  15. What the f**k are you jibber jabbering about. No one makes the sandwich for me. I make my sandwich. Just because i buy my ingredients from M&S doesn't mean they make it for me. And yeh it costs £4 or whatever, but so does a f**king McDonalds or a dirty pasty round the corner. I'm still bitter about Northerners bringing their black-pudding filled monstrositys they call Morrisons to our fine, warm land that is the south.
  16. Jump/4x/razzing: Azonic DS1 Road: Specialized Allez Triple
  17. On that note, anyone tried McCain's Beer Battered Ridgecut chips? Best oven chip i've ever tasted sir.
  18. I'd learn to go to the opposite side to your lead foot. Yeah i know, blah blah blah Tunni blah blah i'm a cockmuncher blah blah, but in later life you'll hit a 'ceiling' when going to the same side. try and go to your opposite side, it'll make things way easier.
