I found most helmets look craply made. Even the most expensive ones won't be totally symmetrical, with slightly misaligned outer shells and scrappy bits of polystyrene. The top end (£120+) Specialized and Giro ones have been like this on about half the stock i have seen (used to work in Evans Cycles flagship store). Get a King ISO hub. Classics have no way to attach a disk, so they're out. Universals have a spline to put a disk adaptor on, but you need to buy the adaptor then buy a special rotor, and its not worth it. ISO is the way.

No. Firstly we need number of holes. Secondly we need to know if its mod, stock or 24". Thirdly we need to know what hub. Fourthly we need to know what lacing pattern. But before you tell us all that, learn how to type properly.

I killed my King, went to a Pro2 and trusted it much more. That then blew up (cracked hubshell) and I'm on an '07 version with no problems. Trust it 100% try picking up a second hand King. You may be lucky and find one that doesn't skip, if you do you'll be sorted for life.

Not really... All of this tucking stuff depends on how powerful you are. You think its completely neccesary to tuck on 6 pallets, whereas i don't. Some people think its neccesary to tuck on a 3 foot wall, others don't. Generally, anything over bar height i recon its ok to tuck a little bit, with more tuckage required the higher you go.
