Pretty much... It'd be ok up to a certain point of bent-ness ( ), but after that I wouldn't be able to extend it further. For example getting up from a crouched position would be fine as long as i didn't go past a certain point, then I'd be f**ked haha... Seemed to be worse in the mornings. The standard Glucosamine tablets from Waitrose seem to be doing the trick, havn't had the problems for a while.
