  1. Could you make them bigger, i can't really see them.
  2. Good stuff, quality is getting better and better
  3. Matey bey has one, they're good for shorter chaps or those who enjoy a streetier style of frame.
  4. Interesting. I live next to a Hayes in Kent, which is about 40 mins on a slow train away from Charing X/London Bridge. But then Slough and Windsor are like 50 mins fast drive away. I don't know of a BMX track round here so maybe its another Hayes. Who knows... Here be Hayes

    The Olympics

Maybe you should take over as her coach Rusevelt.
  6. Is that a Honda? Sure ain't Briggs and Stratton quality.
  7. Oh thanks for the information I will try to ride smoother in the future of my trialsing.
  8. My forks developed a hairline crack after around 4 months of use at the top of the disk mount. Incidentally, they were the Echo forks I bought off you. So I bought some new ones (Controls again) and measured them up to one another, and the ones I bought from you were significantly shorter, mod length style... Turns out I'd been running mod forks on my stock, which actually worked really well. So just FYI, they wern't Controls, they were Echo Lites EDIT: Threadstarter, thats about the 16th pair of Urbans i've seen go there. Have you used a Magura before you went to disk? Its the rearward facing magura mounts that does it, causes vibrations and thats the end of that.

Just the fisheye bro.. I don't mind it as long as it doesn't feel like you have tunnel vision, which is why i like the first 2

    Trials

I'm such a pussy that I like to build up to things if possible... Like this gap up from one rock to another, I could do it to 2 wheels pretty shitly, then tried straight to front, got that, then tried up to front and swapping to rear, got that, then decided I'd try it to rear, got that. I failed probably... 2 out of the 5 different moves i tried. Just a confidence thing for me, I can usually do it if I put my mind to it.
  12. Hayes in Kent? Really good pics, looks like an enjoyable ride for sure

Good stuff, really like the look of it!
  14. Agreed... But I'm yet to see a bad word said about Tarty, and few problems with Select. Not one dealer has had as much bad press as T-UK has, for whatever reason. My one order to T-UK went relitively smoothly, but maybe if Dan is having a hard time keeping customers happy he should employ a helper to bring better service to those who pay his bills....
  15. Well aluminium will just be a dull grey after stripping it, so you could polish with Autosol/brasso then laquer to kep the shine or just re-polish every now and again. Alu oxidizes but it won't 'rust' through like steel will so theres no problems with leaving it bare.
