With bigger gaps to front it usually rolls a little as you can't get so vertical, makes it smoother in my opinion and disks tend to roll a little, especially if they're not bedded in particularly well.

I just replace snapped spokes, its not hard (thread it through the hub following the pattern of the others) and tighten it up to true the wheel. Never had any problems doing this, using old spokes that don't fit, whatever. If they keep snapping though, you may need to loosen them all and start again, or pay for a rebuild.

Take cassette/cogs off Get mole grips/vice/whatever and clamp the small driveside endcap in there LIGHTLY and pull it off Pull on the freehub body and rotate it anti clockwise Be careful you don't lose any leaf springs or pawls Clean your shit and replace the spring you've snapped if its skipping lots Replace everything inside Put freehub body back on the axle (remembering the small steel washer first) Push pawls into the ratchet (I use a small screwdriver to flick them in the ratchet) Push freehub body on Seat the green seal (can take a while, again I use a blunt screwdriver to push it in all the way round) Replace end cap and cassette/cog And the job was done RIGHT - Rufus.

I'm rolling on a Linear outer and shitty inner up front on me BB7 and it works really well. Also had good results with an XTR outer.
