  1. Do you know what you're doing with King hubs? If thats a yes, take it apart and clean the insides and check it all looks good in there. If thats a no, either learn how to do it (easy) or get someone who knows what they're doing to help you.
  2. I usually do it if I'm concentrating on something else, just kinda happens.

Nice one, hope all goes well your you and family
  4. Morrisseys lyrics are always good to hear. Thanks for the vid.
  5. You shouldn't remove the pin totally from the outer link, just push it through so it is still stuck in the link but you can remove the inner plate. If you have some spare chain undo what you've done (taking the advice above) and start again.
  6. Unless you live in Guernsey.
  7. Nope you can't take them apart because they're welded. Send it back to whoever you bought it off if its new, if not thats plain old unlucky.
  8. Mateys did this, pretty sure its the freewheel thats f**ked, rather than it rubbing on summat. Take it off the bb and see if it still does it.
  9. The lockring and the crank/ENO interface are two completely different things? The lockring has a reverse thread so it 'doesn't come loose when freewheeling' but the crank/ENO interface is a standard thread. We're talking about lockrings here... Arn't we? The crank/ENO interface has nothing to do with it. The lockring won't tighten as you pedal, infact the opposite if anything.
  10. I voted London but I'm having second thoughts.
  11. I like that blue, but still hate the shape of the frames, something about that seat tube makes it look appauling to my little eyes. Maybe it looks better in real life?
  12. Bummer... Well maybe one he'll come around/leave and you can sort it out!
  13. f**k me that look like a nightmare to work in/go in/shop in
  14. If you come to Plymouth, theres f**k loads of surfers here, and waves to surf North Devon/Cornwall. You can tell when the surfs good 'cos theres no one in lectures haha.
  15. As Wally said, there was a pretty huge jump between red (what Wally did) and Orange (the next hardest route).
  16. Whatever you want to tighten it up with, it doesn't matter as long as it fits in the hole and tightens it up. A pair of scissors will do, or the prong off a carving fork. Its not really rocket science.
  17. It won't tighten as you pedal. You do it hand tight (making sure its not cross threaded... They love to go in on the piss) Then tighten up with hammer and drift/needlenose pliers/pin spanner/whatever.
  18. That ride was the nuts, I remember watching you, Boon, Jack on the Planet X, Dan Peppin (with about 5 PSI in his tyres), Tom Newbold and co, and was one of the first 'big' rides I'd ever been on, it was sweet.
  19. I have no advice, other than to stop hanging round with people who give you 'cool points' for shagging someone.
  20. Good times, wish I was back there!
