They did look identical to Kendas, pretty sure Danny Butler was told they are Kendas. The rear on Gilles' bike looks like a Nevegal.

Different perople prefer different things... I'm pretty anal about shoes whereas others don't really care. I only use shoes with a rubber covered foam sole as standard rubber soles don't allow me to feel the pedals as much. At the moment I'm using Five Ten Freerunner shoes, and really like them. I've not tried trials specific shoe as I prefer to not look like too much of a spastic, but they all use the rubber covered sole. Gilles was wearing some La Sportiva freerunning/trail running shoes at Koxx days which are pretty identical to the Five Ten Freerunners.

Was pretty good fun, yeah. Really lucky with the weather for sure.

This happened to me when I forgot to put the washer in between the bearings, but as you said you did that, i've got no idea Did you put the pawls and springs the right way round?

All the usual cats who you probably saw are here in Plymouth, but '16 years later' on here lives in Axminster which is nearby, he might be up for it?

Pretty much all along the seafront is good, the Cobb is pretty good then right around the bay Eastwards has loads of walls and stuff.

Your best bet would be Worthing and Shoreham I reckon, with Bognor Regis if you have a bit more time.

I can see the top of my road from my highstreet, but they didn't drive their little Smart car down it, so can't see my house. They didn't even bother with Plymouth haha.
