    Yeah I'll be thar.
  2. Christianity is such a 'watertight*' theory that its hard to argue with it. * thats not me saying its completely true, what I am saying is that Christianity boils down to faith in God. So the proof you need is your faith in God. Because thats your 'proof', you can't show it to anyone else like you could a picture, or anything else. Its a completely self contained thing. Other 'proof' comes in the form of the world around us, many non-hardcore-ists believe in evolution, but they say its part of God's plan. Apparently it also says in the bible there will be an increase of knowlege in the last days. Well, yeah, thats cos people learn more stuff as time goes on. Again, more 'proof' for them. I can't explain where the dust and gas came from that (I believe) built our Earth and universe, their explaination is that God put it there. I also don't have an explaination for why we're here, what makes us different to other animals (knowing we exist, showing behaviour thats not condusive to survival etc) and stuff like that. Thats where the watertight thing comes around, because they say God can do anything, their argument to anything is 'well, God can do whatever he wants/he put it there' etc. I find it hard to believe in something that I can't see or touch, but I'm not 100% denying theres something 'else' out there, just won't believe until someone shows it to me. God forum - Dave I think thats the kinda crew you're on about? EDIT: Theres even someone from Chester! Go visit them!

Cool, looked like a fun ride! Some pretty varied stuff to ride too by the looks of it. Alex you look more comfortable on the Koxx
  4. I guess its just practise? And making the board move before you jump on, running along with it, throwing it down and jumping on before it loses too much speed. Having said this I know nothing about skim boarding.
  5. Kenny was rolling on a 2.2 back at the Kortrijk comp in Belgium too. Trials Queen eh? Does this mean Conti are aware of the trials market and looking into making a trials specific tyre?
  6. Good stuff! I like the look of the frame, though as someone mentioned, the gusset under the top tube by the headtube looks messy and a little like an afterthought. For some reason the wels also look a bit messy around the seatstay/top tube join, maybe thats because its a proto? Looks great for ~£300, I like the simple colour and think any graphics should be minimal. Geo also sounds good, don't make the bb any higher! Though its in safe hands with Ali on that one As for dropouts, I think Horizontal would be great, but could you make sure the cam bolt hole is drilled nearer to the axle than on the current 1499's? Mine is pretty much maxxed out even though theres a bit of space left in the dropout. I love the Sky-style chainstay/seatstay join, looks great. Setting it up for 18:15 would be a good move too (i'd imagien it already is though?)
  7. Fiat Chinquicento or something?
  8. I'm off home on like tuesday/wednesday then going to Turkey till the 7th June or something. Then will probably stay at home for a bit and head down here again for a while.
  9. This one for sure! http://www.vimeo.com/4102081

    Shit.

Everyone and their dog has cracked one yeah, strip the wheel, send the hub back to Hope with returns address and phone number, they'll send you a new one FOC, thats that.
  11. Might be around at some point, but i'm unsure so write me down under the 'well he might be around but isn't 100%' column.
  12. Mike - Would it be possible for Mowgli to buy refills and put it in his old backings? I think £25 sounds alot for pads, but its only a fiver more than the other decent (Koxx/Plaz etc) plastic backed pads, and as Mike says, works out cheaper in the long run.
  13. 2002 Audi A4 Avant 1.9TDI with manual gearbox. Next question.
  14. Good stuff, cheers! Ross looked pretty stoked to be under that bridge in the wet haha.
  15. Hercules doesn't have gay Ribos on. EDIT: Oop, better be nice, its his birthday.
  16. Just put intermediate down, turn up and have a look at the sections and if you think you're not going to be able to do it, change down to the lower class
  17. I liked it, but there were a few things I noticed... How hard are your tyres? Looks like you could get away with like 10 less PSI. You look kinda uncomfortable on the bike, but can't put my finger on why. Sometimes you look cramped but sometimes it looks like the bike is too long for you? I dunno. I could have done with less backflips and less sponsor website addresses, though good on you for being sponsored. Anyways, I liked it but looks like maybe some more time on the bike would make you look a bit more comfortable
  18. Lesbians are never all that great in real life. I've got till Thursday to be a student, then its over forever and I have to get a job doing something Geology related, hopefully.
  19. Some good riding, nice one. RIP 2pac xxx
  20. Word from Jack - Sending in the forms and paying on the day is fine. He urges everyone who wants to attend to fill in the entry form that can be found on the first page and send it in to prevent queues. Cheers!
  21. No - The compound in the vid was the all weather compound they're testing. Whilst the production TNN's are amazing in the dry, they're not so good in the wet.
  22. Can we send the entry forms in and pay on the day if we're not sure if we can attend both days or not?
