  1. Continental Rain King/Der Kaisers are the best rear trials tyres ever made in my opinion, so get one if you can. If not, a Maxxis highroller/minion dual ply supertacky is the second best. Either will significantly reduce punctures compared to a single ply tyre.
  2. £259?! Get on, this years biggest selling frame I reckon!
  3. Alot of riders work really f**king hard to get to their level, anyone is capable of becoming good if you stick at it and practise. I know some people are naturally springy or whatever, but its a bit of a cop out to say 'can't get good because i'm not naturally talented like the good riders are'. You've not been riding long have you? Stick at it and you can get to a very very good level.
  4. Nah its just the bead, so instead of having a steel bead (steel wire) they have kevlar. Everything above the bead can stay the same.
  5. If they do they'll be standard black pads which (certain Rowans excluded) arn't up for trials use anyway. Its worth ordering some decent pads from Tartybikes. If you don't know whats best, look in the pad reviews or ring them up and ask.
  6. Yeah, though ideally you want it in a petrol powered grinder for the best brake hold.
  7. Pretty sure I've nicked some out of a bottle boss before.
  8. I use metal cutting. Metal grinding are ok as long as its a brand new disk, once they lose their sharp edge they don't work very well.
  9. Mono Trial (Carbon/ti if you want it, but will work just as well with a standard one) or old silver Avid BB7 with decent cable and lever (XTR/Avid) in my experience.
  10. Are the gold backings baller as fuck?
  11. Myself and James have been running them for getting on for a year now with zero problems.
  12. Could just use 2 underside magura mounts?
  13. Good stuf Kieran, vid was sweet
  14. I don't need a test to tell me that mine is shit.
  15. Tunbridge Wells is just as expensive as Brighton, and theres not much going on around there.
  16. Easy enough if you live in the arse end of nowhere in Scotland, but most other places its a bit trickier.

    Modified Cars

Not really, I'd rather be the person who did better in life.
  18. RockShox disks used to be semi hydraulic I seem to remember.
  19. Might have to get one, my Try-Alls on its way out.
  20. Cool stuff, didn't know about them. Is that what you're running?
  21. Well if you want light and not particularly grippy then one of the new continental supersonic range. Mountain king or speed king.
  22. TNN CRM will be baller on that set up.
  23. They know, they're not stupid.
