  1. I had a 190mm mono trial out backs on my Yaabaa for about 3 months. I found it was good for some situations (static hooks and rounded rocks) and bad for others (street and sharp edges). Was good for arm pump, but I got rid of it mainly for the weight implication and spoke flex. Kinda felt a bit 'detached' compared to a maggie.
  2. They tend to have a 'lighter' lever feel than water bled maguras anyway, so shouldn't need to be done anyway.
  3. Yeah he can and does at any opportunity.

    Easy Question

Nope, 4 bolt and disk only.
  5. Hard to say without it happening I reckon. Also depends on circumstance in my eyes.
  6. Thanks I'll put it in my diary.
  7. If you modify your threaded top cap you can roll on that without the need to f**k your threads. Cut it off below the top mushroomed bit, find a nut and put it at the bottom, screw the lot into the fork threads, and you an use that as a starnut effectively. Ads showed me the way.
  8. Always leave your door open if you're just kicking about in your room/cruising the tinterwebs. No one likes a loser. First day in halls me and this other matey went round everyones rooms and told them we were going out.
  9. They're all about the same, just try not to bend the valve so much when using (I guess) a hand held pump. A trackpump helps out as its not going back and forth, or just make sure you hold the valve still with one end of the pump, and only move one end.
  10. See what happens really, just go with it. Try and say yes to as much as you can, speak to anyone and everyone.
  11. Nope, pretty much every ride I go on I get people asking what its called, how i do it, why i have no seat and holes in my rims etc.

Etnies that cost £110? Which ones are they? I'd buy some 5 10s personally.

Because it would have been a fanny to have to hop 270 degrees around whilst facing downhill towards a drop. The only thing your bike would wanna do is go straight off the drop. The way he did it meant he only had to turn like 20 degrees and was hopping uphill which is much easier to control.
  16. Somewhere like that... Venice beach, muscle beach... Who knows.
  17. I know its old and has some sort of valve so you can pump up the downtube
  18. Is that the new front tyre thats been up on Tartys for ages?
