  1. Could you get a smaller picture please?
  2. Depends how long the pins are I guess. Shouldn't make too much difference. The allen keys become useless after one ride anyway after they're full of shit / bashed. So I guess its good you can tighten them after they've been used for a while. Not sure if the wider base of pin will help support the pin in a knock? But also may reduce grip as it makes pin length shorter effectively. Sometimes I wonder why I can't score girls.
  3. Looks alot better than the red I reckon, like that colour
  4. Out of interest, why is that?
  5. Best tyre out is the Rain King/Der Kaiser.
  6. Cheap ones have a dogshit compound. Don't bother.
  7. In the victorian days they used to sell hammers onsite so you could chip a bit off to take home with you haha
  8. Walnut husk eh, who would have thought. Does that get anodizing off?

I don't even have a tv DVD is awesome, as has been said. You should go buy it.
  10. Yeah, no such thing as a button shifter.
  11. 18t out backs is relitvely big, it does depend on the rider and what you're actually riding but I'd guess 38:18 would be fine for 26" wheels, as yours is 24" I guess you'd want it slighty harder? Though you may be happy with 38:18 on 24" if you want short run up acceleration and arn't bothered too much by top speed.
  12. Trails, yeah. Trials, no. Having said that I started off riding trials on one, but these days there are much better frames available.
  13. I guess if you were to hang about on a Saturday / Sunday at about 11 - 12 at Castle park you'd probably come across somebody. Might be easier to have a look in the rides/location bit though.
  14. Jesus there are some losers out there
  15. Castle park, the Lloyds building next to it opposite the tesco express (aka mini lloyds), the waterfront area opposite the subway next to the waterfountains, the big Lloyds semi circular area where the skaters hang, the old disused railway, the concrete/rocks/bits and bobs downstream under the flyover.
  16. Not really read the thread but I'd say stick with bb heights between 25 and 40mm, especially if you're still new to the sport. I've found bikes like the Yaabaa 1499 and my current Echo Control '09 long perfect geometry wise, they had about +30 and +35bb respectively.
  17. Might just jam my knob in there and see what happens.
  18. The one imperial size matey had didn't fit, so not really hence the question
  19. Nah its all good, never been touched before. Weird though, was in Halfords earlier looking for one and nothing would fit spent about half hour with Halfords matey opening packs of deep socket sets and nothing worked.
  20. So I wanna get the axle out of my MG1 pedals, so I can swap the ti axle with a steel one. Any ideas what size the nut is? 8mm seems too small and 9mm too big? Tarty people I'm looking in your general direction. Cheers then.
