  3. cool. i have also heard mixed reviews. thought i should check on here before buying anything. anyone else got any feedback on V!Z products?
  4. hi everyone, looking to get some shiny bits for my T-Mag when it gets here and i was looking at V!Z parts. i heard of them a while back but never needed anything for the giant. but now i do need them, what do you all think of their bars, stems and brake mounts? all help is much appreciated, thanks, Tom
  5. that is some good riding. i like the look of the stuff you were doing. where was that filmed? nice riding again guys. keep it up
  6. ahh ur a local lad. i ride in torquay sometimes and ride plymouth a lot. teignmouth is also good, add my MSN if u wanna go riding some time (its in my sig)
  7. ive ridden both and they are both nice bikes. i have been told that the T-Mag uses similar geometry to a stock bike. not sure if it is true but i got on better with the T-mag after riding my giant. if you have the extra cash, definatly go for the T-mag, but if you want a good starter bike, you can't go wrong with the t-pro. hope this helps Tom
  8. It is beasty stuff. I use it on my T-Mag with ZOO! pads. amazing bite and sound
  9. well, whats the offer? add me on mainlining-murder@hotmail.co.uk if u want. anyone else who would like one add me 2. im not selling just advertising!!!!
  10. i got mine in halfords best thing ive ever bought in that poor excue of a bike shop!!! i dont actually know why i was in there though
  11. im 17 and have every DVD the martins ever did together. they both got me into the awesome sport. he is a legend. but i prefer hawyesie anyday!!! tricks and stunts in a RAD DVD!!! will get you doing the basic moves in no time. i worked with me. it also helped that i had the same bike as hawyes!!!
  12. i have one for sale 2. not gonna break the rules and sell on here, but add me on mainlining-murder@hotmail.co.uk and ill see if i can beat the other offer you have.
  13. ive just done the swap from an old school giant trials team to a new style T-Mag. its a nice bike to ride. people tell me they use the same sort of geo as a 26" bike but im not sure which one!! if you get a chance to, test ride one. i love mine and its all standard except ZOO! pads as standard maggie reds are GASH!!
  14. hey everyone, havent been here for a while, but im back and with a new bike provisionally sold the old giant and bought an onza t-mag as i was riding one over the easter holidays and could do anything i wanted on it, even learned to sidehop!!!! using spare money to do the bike up, bars and stem are first on the list. but the bike is COMPLETLY standard except a tensile freewheel. BB and cranks are next!!!!
  15. that may be your problem, the grind may have worn off. re grind it with a medium to hrsh grind. my grind has worn off and im having the same problem as you. it was fine with the fresh grind.
  16. up and running? i ride with hardly any presure in the back tyre, but thats a bit extreme. apart form that, nice old school looking bike!!!
  17. i started on and still ride a giant. its a great bike and strong as fook. there is a frame set and complete bike currently on ebay. last week there were 5 complete bikes!!!! LINKY LINKY 2 i love mine. but i'll be getting something without a seat soon.
  18. i run a 38mm Ronnie with my evo mounts. it is a good sized rim. the only downside is that i have to shave half a brake pad off to make them fit!!! i spent £18 on rock pads and had to shave half the material away
  19. echo brakes are supposed to be better than HS33s. i havent tried them as i havent got the money!!! you got a link to that offer if it is on here?
  20. i have never heard of adamant brakes. do you mean the Echo brakes?
  21. Don'tbuy V8's! I have had mine for about 6 months and the bearings are shagged!!! All the pins have fallen out aswell. They were also replacement pedals as the set i originally bought seized (yes i did use the grease provided) so i took them back to the shop and they gave me the pedals i am running now. if you are buying pedals off the web, go for V12's or another higher spec pedal. they are worth the money. Trust me!!!
  22. 8 months? thats a good video. not so sure bout the music. i hate the foo fighters. but the riding is mint. i wish i could side hop like that wheres your lid though?
  23. it still doesnt work. it just comes up with the photobucket homepage. put the vids onto youtube or something. its a much better video site. or even put them on google video. thats good aswell Youtube Google Video
  24. that site is cheap. adamant A1 for $1450 thats £760 just over £800 when you add the shipping.
