What day? I finish college early on thursday if you want to ride then? Yeah I was gapping to the other wall, it's a beast of a gap. I very nearly made it. Oh and the reason the tyres are flat. I do like a bouncy rear end and also its got a slow puncture that I haven't got round to fixing!!! It only goes down when i'm not riding so I keep a pump in my car!!!

Or am I missing something here?

Went to Teignmouth to see my GF and watch her dad do a rowing race. Then she told me to get the bike out the car so she could do some photography work!! So here are a few of my favourites. Most of you lot weren't impressed with the last set of my pics but seems as i can't edit these photos into that topic, I thought I'd try and impress you with these. 2 foot backwheel - looks cool with the no cycling sign!! 2 foot sidehop - my personal best, not much of a tuck though, still proud of it!! Drop gap, didn't quite make it, but it impressed the locals! (not the ones in the pic, they were behind my GF) So what do you all think? Ride Plymouth on thursday? 1 at Copthorn?

I'm currently riding my mates 2005 T-pro and I love it. The frame and forks are the only standard things on it but its still a nice riding bike. Have a look on E-Bay, there are normally loads of T-pros on there.

No nasty mech hangers to be bent on a 116mm frame. So that means you can't run gears.
-
If you are going to get a 26" with regular 135mm dropouts, I would recommend a Hope Pro2 or XC. Even a Hope Mono will do the job. I have heard that the Deng (Echo, ZOO!, Adamant etc.) freehubs have a tendancy to break. Hope are a brilliant brand with excellent customer service. You should have no problem with a Hope hub. The advantage of having a front freewheel is just like Grant H said, you only have to replace the freewheel if it breaks. No need for a new hub and wheel build. But with a Mod stock (stock frame with Mod 116m hub spacing) a front freewheel and fixed rear hub is the way forward. Mod stocks are just Mods with bigger wheels!! Hope this helped Tom

Ok, if you go, I'll go. I got an injured knee now from riding in school today, but I'll do my best. Better get the tape measure out Alex!!! I'll try a 6 foot gap, straight to back wheel!!! Key word in that sentance - TRY

Hell yeah, RealRaock101.1 is amazing. And the old town cruise is the best car cruise I've ever been to. Classic muscle cars EVERYWHERE. Go do Busch Gardens aswell!!! The roller coasters there WILL make you make smelly brown stuff in your undies!!!
-
Never mind, Grant H beat me to it!
-
On and off for about 8 months, I have only rode a mod for the last month or so though. I haven't really ridden properly since Easter. I've only just started getting back into it!!! I do try and keep it controlled. And thats not even my bike!!

Make this a sticky!!! pads I've used so far Rock pads (the blue ones that were dyed red by accident) held well on a medium grind, but couldn't get the noise i wanted from them, =3 ZOO! - Smooth rim with a light spray of Monty brake, superb hold and bit with an aggressive sound, on my second set of these =3 Maggy Kool stops - smooth with tar/monty brake, only good with tar or monty brake, i only use these when my ZOO! or Rock pads have died and I'm waiting for the new ones to arrive. =1

Yeah sorry about that. My bad. Do you rip it out of everyone for making a little mistake? Those pics are gash, the gap looks a lot smaller than it actually is. I was quite proud of those gaps seems as I haven't rode properly for a while, but it's people like you who make me think I'm wasting my time with this sport.
-
Sorry dude, just found the bigger gap pictures on my phone. those were the warm up gaps. the other photos are a gash and blurry so I'll go out and get some more another time. But I can 100% assure you that I cleared a 5"10' gap. NO BULL, I'll have the proof when this weather clears. You can hold me to that promise, if I dont supply proof, you have my permission to hurt me!!!
-
Ok, it looks smaller in the pic, but I'm 5"10' and I could lie in it. I'm not lying dude, trust me.

Thanks for the comments guys, keep them coming. I also forgot to add that the bike I am riding IS NOT mine. I am just borrowing it until I have the money to buy my Zona!! Cheers dude, yeah we should definatly plan next time, the quay was definatly the best place, shame I was too tired to really ride!! Can't do sunday, got to work But I'm getting money for the new steed so it's cool! Videos do work, or at least they do here, just click play even though it plays automatically. Photobucket sucks!!!

Lame, tell them Plymouth is better than Exeter. Drakes circus ***!!!!
-
Why Exeter? I was there on monday, there is hardly anything there dude. Go to plymouth and I'll show you the good spots for our ability.
-
Ok, so my mum has stolen the TV, my sisters blagged the PS2 so i thought i'd go out for a ride as nothing interesting is going on in here! This was about 45 minutes ago, and now its pi**ing it down!!! So here are a few quick pics and videos I got down the local buisiness park! And a video of that gap - I'm only just getting the side hop Before the tuck Blurry tuck All comments greatly appreciated Please note: This was all done in 45 minutes on a phone and digital camera, so they are not the best quality or show the best of my ability, the gap is approximatly 5"10'. Thanks Tom

Are you going to ride this weekend? I'll go with you if you are.
-
This is what ive been riding recently. My mates t-Pro, only thing standard is the frame and forks!!! and the maggies of course!!! picture was taken in my art room!! on my D600, so its not the best picture!!
-
Read the rest of the topic before you ask the same questions that have already been asked.
-
Christmas? Holy S**t, you got good and you got good FAST!!! Thats impressive. Thats given me inspiration for the Exeter ride tomorrow!!
-
Thats a nice vid you got there. Is that a Python? Where abouts in Devon are you from? How long you been riding dude? you're pretty damn good. Wow, it's like 20 questions right here!!! Sorry man!!
-
Is this ride still happening? Really looking forward to riding again.

Some people are such retards! I think someone planned on stealing a bike from me in plymouth skate park a month ago KID - "Mate, What would you do if i nicked your bike?" Me- "Urm, run after you and probably beat you senseless" KID - "Mate, can i have a go on your bike?" Yeah, F***ing brilliant question to ask me after asking what I'd do if he nicked it!! Funny thing was, I got a puncture, put the bike down to get a repair kit from my bag and the little T**t tried ridng off on it!!! A T-pro with a flat rear tyre, how far are you going to get, come on!!! I hope his head didn't hurt a lot after i pushed him off onto the concrete! Actually, i hope it did hurt A LOT!!! Could of knocked some sense into him!!!
