  1. basicaly i am planing a long weekend away, with the old bike a few mates etc but i have never been abroad to ride so i need some help. any sugestions would be great, an area where there is loads of riding within close proximity to each other preferably, (would also like to do some natural riding as well) let me know if you can help and please give as much info as possible
  2. ha thats quite good but someone has far to much time on their hands
  3. if you have a hope casset spacer kit use one of them rings? if not then take a normal casset apart and use them spacers you may need to file down the tabs that stick out but they work a treat
  4. trust me mate you will not need a booster for the fact that if the built in one ent doing enough of a job, most v bosters will not work, also depending on how wide your rim is you wont fit one on anyhow. my mate was using a 47mm rim and there is no way one would fit
  5. i think i should have different headings ie frames, forks, bars, stems etc and they you post what you have in that heading, it would be so much easyer like for instance i am looking for a stem for example i could go to the heading and see what is there?? a bit like tartybikes there is a list of all the componants, you click on what you want and it brings up everything they sell- easy would be easy to do as well then all you need is a wtd, for sale & swap individual main headers with the same list inside?????? what you all think
  6. if you are going to the gym to improve your riding you need to do a higher rep range with power moves, not body building, as this will use the wrong muscle fibres and just slow you down. get in do clean & press, jump squats, and any other exercise you do try to make it unstable to improve you propreaception (balance) ie single arm sholder press, lat raise, dumbell press etc ...............
  7. na you wont need a booster my mate ran his czar with no booster and it was fine
  8. yea buy the look of it it is 116mm drop outs
  9. thinking about it mate the urbans might be your only choice, as you might have the same issue with the contorls, controls will look better so i would ask tarts what the measurment between each v boss is on the forks
  10. well actuall i was first to have a red zenith so the copyright is actualy min lol date is in the bottom corner as well
  11. looks good apart from that massive bash on there, get a heatsink one
  12. try your best to save it and keep saving, then you will be able to upgrade to beter parts etc, also if something snaps etc you can just replace it, get out prictice and to more you ride the more you will progress and no doubt the more you will bugger up on your bike lol
  13. to be honist mate i think by the sound of things you need to set up a streety type trials bike (24 inspired would do you) and you can do all the trials and streety type moves. but basicaly you cant do everything, the cost of maintaining a trials bike is enough. also its better to be awesome at one thing than ok at everything. and lastly just get out and enjoy it.
  14. um personaly i think no stickers would be better but hey not my bike, other than that it looks really nice, also you extended your bars???
  15. use a hammer and hit the top of the fork stear tube this will loosen the washer then you should just be able to pull it off
  16. really like that it looks awesome, what are the forks?? they are well smart
  17. looks really nice actualy would be better if it was not gold but hey apart from that it looks the muts nuts
  18. i was running v8's that were 7 years old, i had only serviced them 2-3 times and they have every pin still attached, they were really good untill i started to ride natuarl more and they just made my feet hurt, so i am now using vp cage pedals and they seam to be really good actualy, and easy to replace the pedals as tehy are so so cheep so my verdict is cage as they just feel nicer on the old foot
  19. alright buddy mak said you have ordered some sexy bike parts?? will have to get it sorted for a ride after x mas was thinking of going to bristol?
