What the hell "Or, if you're an expatriate, you're in an overseas territory, a Crown dependency or in the Armed Forces without a postcode, please select from this list:" Canada isn't there, but we still get the damned queen on our money !!! Okay, maybe were not really a dependency...

Dude get a psycopath psycologue [english SP ?] Seriously, just calm down, take a minute and think of it from another point of view, or try taking some distance...
-
When I'm depressed, I get the most out of my riding, I know, I'm weird. I'm like, well f**k that I'll just try, and it seems falling just doesn't hurt and every thing seems to be oh-so-smooth. - Anyone else like that ? But I'm motivated to ride anytime, as long as I slept well and am not to aching, it's all good.
-
360 tail taps constently, riding better fakie, try rails, I'll probably think of tricks when the snow melts... Most of all, shoot many vids (that means get the tripod running and get a camera...)

Only midnight here, but I'm actually heading to bed... sorry

I'll go with the flow, be creative. Try adding stuff into your riding, of course you could add spins and street inspired stuff but your'e a real trials rider, putting street stuff into trials is just an excuse to ride with style without actually being briliant at trials trials (myself included). So I guess if you have been riding for quite a while, there are stuff that you can do and other people find incredibly hard to do. Make a style of your own, put stuff your'e good at and exploit them at their'e full potential, after which you'll probably be enterested in stuff you probably suck at and you'll learn that and put all that in a blender and come up with something fresh. You might want to take a look at other freeflowing sports for ideas in the kinda way you want to inspire your kinda flow: parkour, break, gymnastics tumbling, who knows ? Probably the ferthest apart from trials, probably the cooler... So, why higher, why longer ?

paulolivier, do you still ride with that fork ? Thought I must agree with what you metionned, most suspention forks have a to long crown to axle lenght for the average trials frame... forks for a mod hahahahha
-
I ride with a suspention fork, a rockshox judy C (basicly the crappiest fork made by a top manufacturer) but I'm looking for a Z.3. I prefer them to rigids. But honnestly, you'll want them quite firm so you don't really feel them (well I don't feel them anymore until I borrow a rigid bike). I find I ride smoother with them because they smooth out little imperfection on run ups (and well my riding style isn't that trials oriented so I do have alot of run ups or where I'm mooving on two wheels) plus they save your wrists on screw ups :$ I personally can't find any disadvantage to my riding because of my suspention fork.

Well most tensionners theoriticly have a link to a link and a half of tensionning, so it can happen that your'e screwed and need a half link, you'd either have to much tension or to little [mind you in most case it's not extreme], so you need a half link, probably temporarely until it streches.
-
Could you post a link to download the models, 3d models and bigger stills, please ?
-
Get yourself a half-link... Make sure it's the right size, most half-links are for BMX sized chains, so you might have to change your whole chain if you don't want a "weakest link". While your'e a at it, you might want to change your sproket to, so everything streches together...

I personally don't have a Marta, but mostly all hydro brake are the same... under the lever blade, there should be a rod that links to the master cylinder, there should be a small hex slot where that rod links with the lever blade... A picture would be better The red thingy I marked, there should be some thing similar on your lever, chances are it won't be as exposed as on the El Camino I used to demonstrate...

Ever tried the Rhyno Lite XL, basicly the same rim, only widder. Quite nice...

I guess it's my duty to add the North American companies... Peyto Cycles, based on the West Coast so they'd cost a crap load to ship for the UK guys... Custom Trials or Street Frame * TIG : $900 * Fillet Brazed: $1000 - Add $200 for smooth filed and sanded fillet brazes. Stock is “as-brazed finish” * Stock tubing is Straight gauge 4130 4.9-5.5lbs * True Temper OX II: +$50 4.4-4.9lbs * True Temper Supertherm: $100 5.1-5.6lbs, but pretty much indestructable * Reynolds 853: +$150 4.2-4.7lbs Note that those prices are in canadian dollars... Peyto Cycles. Naked Bicycles Basicly, they can build anything you can think of, steel or aluminium... Don't know about their prices... True North Frames Ehm these guys will build what ever the f**k you want, steel, aluminum, titanium, carbon... They could probably even build you a bike half metal half carbon... Don't know about their price. But then again, those are just custom frame makers, but a company doing 24" trials frame should open soon, and actualy they'll be made right here *points over there*, so I might as well get my ass in gear to make a vid and ask them politely if theyr'e looking for testers

Don't mind it haha, quite cool... Meet boring people, talk about boring stuff... But hey everyone is jolly and you have a good reason to get drunk! Sadly for me, my birthday is the 23, so basicly, I'm tired seeing freakin' gifts by the 24th at midnight, or is it just that I hate people being all over you and being over exited ?
-
Straight from the Sun Ringlé site So I guess they would But as I said, they don't have a grabby surface, a light grind would probably make em' damn good... If you want to see it with a bit of detail It's 34.5mm wide, wich isn't really big compared to other rims, but it's really deep, wich I think is the way to go if you want a rim that won't buckle or get flat spotted easely. Think of it, take the widdest knife you have, you can still bend it horizontally, but it verticaly, it won't budge...
-
Might want to check Sun MTX For a rear disk they'd be awsome, else they'd need a a lite grind for rim brakes since there have grooves running all along the braking surface + it's painted...

I wouldn't have cancelled the cheque, or would have at least went back to the shop and have them make it work. He hung up on you ?!? I mean, dude, your'e repairing a freakin' children bike Also 30 pounds is outrageous... Damn I'm glad to have the best shop in the world, you just walk in, ask if you can borrow a stand, go get your parts yourself in the basement, work on your own bike, ask for help if you need or actually get it done pretty much free...
-
Am I complete weird if I ride a ratio of 1.5 and can lurch 6 feet with 1.8 on my 24" ? I mean not that I care, but it seems when you get under that, you can't get up things, and when your'e kicking you aren't actually going forward... But yeah, I'm not into natural type stuff, nor doing leap to leap to leap to leap to leap to leap to leap to leap to up-up-up-up to leap to dab to oh BUGER !
-
Shimano XT, Deore you would do fine acutally... Oooh and change the axle to a full on bolt-on one if you can, theyr'e way more reliable...
-
I wear all leather black vans for riding, even thought they are totally destroyed, they're light and comfy, everyday I wear green and white Emericas, they are to bulky to ride, sadly...
-
Some kind of nice shade of brown, or a nice blue, like my endless that's lying around in my bassement. For your headset, I had the same thing happen to me, I was able to remove it with my hands, sadly was a rather espensive RaceFace RealSeal DH Anyhow, I got a bigballed Pig and never had problems since. Just to give you an idea of how nice blue frames are
-
I normally wear a bit tight jeans, but I like riding with my 5 color cords, they feel like pijamas

-How can not riding because your'e a girl help you in your life ? -Why should you not ride because your'e a girl ? If you were able to awnser yes[?], or with a sexist awnser to any of thease questions, you get my right foot shipped to you from Canada just to kick your ass in a kitchen. Your'e already on the dark side with 24" wheels. Once you have 24" wheels, you can do what ever the f**k you want and people just think it's normal for you...
-
I personally do a sound test... if it actually make an audible pitch, it's to tight...
