You're taking this way too far. 4 bolt mounts come as standard with Maguras. Not everyone will want a Deng lever. Not everyone will want a metal TPA. Pads, yes. I think what you're saying about this completely wrong. Not everyone will want to blow £140 on a brake that they can get working decently for 80 quid. And if i was just starting out, there would be no way I'd spend that much on the brake straight away, as the beginner moves don't need anymore than a standard magura. Disclaimer: Not trying to start an argument. Also, I'm crap at explaining myself so my point isn't very good on paper.

Recently heard that at a local pub gig i go to, was sickhead, 'cos the speakers were mega good and loud so every beat was a thump. Loved it. Shame my speakers can't do that . The tune on the vid is different from the one i heard and one i have though, tempo wise i think, sounds slightly different too...

I agree, i was trying to say that... Any performance increase from the few extra mm's could be made up by a better set of pads... And anyway, the increase would be barely noticeable as i said.

I'd say 100 quid and Deng would still be pushing it. Quite frankly, i reckon you'll only notice a small performance increase with the Deng brake, and you could make up that increase on a Magura by getting better pads(?) I doubt i'll be getting any.

Yeah, that's the equivilent of mine... If i try to get the bike more upright to spin easier i normally just fall off. Practice will sort that out though.
