Yeah, i could probably do that, but wouldn't have much of a clue if i was doing it without a copy wheel. Not sure on how to work out the 1 cross 2 cross etc though, which is another problem.

I did, and i don't think i should have, because they asked me to build a bike, luckily they weren't greasy and oily, so my shirt tie and trousers didn't get f**ked. Didn't know what to expect though, and i've been told to always wear a suit for an interview, even if it's for a job in maccy heart diseaz. Didn't go too badly, i forgot to do some proper final checks though (they didn't watch me build it, i don't think) but i can just say i was pressed for time, as i had to get to a college to enrol, and they know about that. The talky bit wasn't too bad, just took me through what happened, possible hours etc, and it looks like i'm working sundays and maybe evenings, which is gayyy, because sunday is london day. I just asked about training, said that i can't lace wheels yet and i'm not too sure on cassettes, but i dunno, i hope i get it. If not, i'll do my best to get one in evans london. I'll know by the end of the week. Thanks for help.

Reet, i used the search and found this! I knew there was already one, and knew i'd get raped if i made a new topic... So anyway, i've got an interview in halfords tomorrow, with a female manager (if that changes anything, how to speak etc to her) and i'm really not prepared for it, apart from having a suit Anyone successfully got a job in halfords? Tips? Thanks.

Not sure if you want 2.1s, but i've just bought some Creative Insipire M2600s and i'm pleased with them, absolutley fine for what i need them for (drum n bass ) sub is powerful, 17watts iirc, and something like 2 7w sats, for only 30 quid! And they're a good brand, so you kinda know they're gonna be good. Can't think of anything else, the leave feedback for this topic bit is brilliant. Maybe have it so it's on a thread tool? So one doesn't have to go to the 1st page when they wanna leave feedback (just for the lazy people, maybe it being in the topic is lazy enough?) Nice one though, great system. EDIT: VB only has thread tools but i'm sure it could be encorporated some how? And maybe work on getting the link on at least every page? Similar to the attachments bit, on each topic, when you're not actually in the topic, and on each page somehow... -

I don't know about the gapping problem, but, yes, you're right, tensile strength is how far it can be stretched before snapping. (basically anyway) DT ***.

Not food, but drink. It's called fart juice. It's fookin tasty and mainly, my friend created it. 1. Freeze a bottle of very strong peach juice (how my friend usually has peach juice, very strong) 2. Get said frozen drink, smash it in to a slush by smashing it on the side of your desk in any lesson (this is a school drink) 3. Get diet coke, add the slush to it. 4. Add water. 5. Shake (it's all in a bottle) 6. Make sure it looks like juice from a wet fart. 7. Enjoy. Hmm, i think that's wrong, as legendary as this drink is, it was from year 9 and i can't quite remember the exact ingredients.

Oh i am. Like every other Englishman, after a decent amount of dutch courage, i'm a f**king charmer. 4 coming round already, should have at least another 3 when i speak to them... considering it's all gonna be in my smallish living room, and only 4 or 5 lads (maybe more, dunno) i think i can safely say it's not gonna be a sausage fest. Well, i've got an eye test tomorrow, not sure where that is, but after that i'll be going to bromley to buy some 2.1 speakers and my mum might be going out friday, so i might get quite a few round for then, and have a party... Might be good, get some gash round n that. Still, shit. And yes Dan, i did.
