I wouldn't really say 400-450.. i'd probably pay about 300 for that tops. I mean it hasen't got a pro2 or ck.. thats one of the main things you want when paying quite alot for second hand bike.

Get 2 big badass locks and lock someone elses bike up that they have locked up, they will come back and realise they won't be able to get it free and most likely leave it over night, during that night take your lock off cut theres off and yeah your away.
