I can't say I've watched many war films really, none that are particularly notable anyway. Recently though I've watched Defiance and Valkyrie which were both excellent films. I definitely recommend them. Defiance actually gave me a lump in my throat at one point, pretty emotive stuff. :$

Right, this is getting silly now. Every time I ride I catch the bone on the inside of my ankle on some part of my bike, usually the crank arm and I've had a hole in my ankle for months and months because of this. All my socks have blood stains on them now! So what I'm after is ankle protection but not support. I never roll my ankles so all I need is some kind of padding. I've found these on CRC Ankle Pad They don't really look like they will offer much protection though really, almost like wearing a thick sock!? I know 661 make ankle biters and a race brace, but that's a bit over the top really. Any ideas? Maybe there is something that you use in a different sport that would be ideal? Or possibly something that isn't even made for an ankle but might work? Any help would be much appreciated

Pretty sure this isn't a repost, but if those of you who follow bmx more closely will have probably seen this ages ago. I can't find a decent version of his section anyway, so its shit quality I'm afraid. Anyhow, watched this on DVD the other day and was pretty blown away. Sean Burns If you haven't seen that section you probably will have seen this.. It's not scratched, it's broken! I watched an interview with him too, and he seemed like a bit of a bellend to be honest, but there we go. Enjoy. Oh yeah and it won video section of the year too, not sure if that was this year or last year though.
