  1. Trials HD is actually worth splashing out on the full version, the easy levels are a case of hold down 'A' with your right hand and drink a beer with your left but the medium, hard and extreme levels require more skill, especially if (like me) you enjoy trying to totally complete every level by getting all the speed related medals and stuff. I've spent soooo much time playing that game it's unreal, which says a lot considering my housemates are all into 'real' games so we have a big stack of games sat next to the xbox. That is the only contribution I have because I don't play anything else :$ Ohhhh, the other trials game you mentioned is a bit shit really, I downloaded the demo and didn't get into it at all.
  2. I'm only an hour away in Norwich and I'd really like to see what Cambridge has to offer, so if you guys are meeting up for a ride on a Saturday or Sunday I wouldn't mind popping down for a pedal.
  3. This is absolutely brilliant, Ben. A fantastic contribution to the 'freetrials' community and a really exciting challenge for us to get involved with. I really hope loads of people get on board with this, I'm expecting some really exciting results from everyone.. I'm sure the prizes should motivate people to pull their fingers out I can't wait to get cracking on my entry
  4. Now I'm almost certain that you've doubled back on yourself because you had your ass handed to you
  5. I'm not sure if we're actually seriously debating the similarities between a bird sticking it's head in a chocolate fountain and a 6 year old going under the wheels of a car, or if you're just having us on...
  6. I'm not gonna lie, I'd find it pretty funny if a 6 year old child climbed into a chocolate fountain. In related news, this is sort of how I imagine things went seconds before that Cockatoo plunged into the chocolatey goodness... [media=]
  7. I don't see anyone funnelling chocolate down the parrots neck..
  8. According to my quick googling it takes about 1/7th of the birds own weight in pure cocoa to kill it, but the chocolate fountain isn't going to have 100% pure cocoa, they also add vegetable oil to it to keep it from becoming too viscous and clogging the fountain up. I also don't think the bird would hold down enough of the 'diluted' cocoa to actually kill it, it'd definitely puke that shit up. In conclusion, that picture is f**king funny. Edit: one other thing, cocoa is toxic to EVERY LIVING THING not just birds. It's the same as many things though, eat a shit load and you'll die.
  9. I might actually try that since my gloves are dead... My hands are like reservoirs though, so it'll be interesting to see if it works.
  10. I think you'll find the original of that track was originally used in a Ryan Leech section a long time before this Pavel chap used it Also not watching a video because they aren't wearing a helmet is pretty weird.
  11. Will I be allowed to drink (in moderation)?
  12. Haha, excellent! Your family sound awesome!
  13. Dan... Duvet covers... ? Go.
  14. I think you might have ended your own thread with that monstrosity!! I ride trials in gloves but always make sure I take them off between spots and I never wear them when I'm riding trails or commuting.. to avoid ending up looking like Jacko in his white gloves!
  15. The only thing that goes through my head if I'm going to try and sidehop something is 'dual disc, dual disc, dual disc, dual disc...'
  16. This dude has serious issues. Even if it does look he spits some of it out at one point, it's still very much a 'wtf' kind of feeling when you watch him... [media=]
  17. I was going to post this in the actual disputes section, but then I thought it might get in the way of real issues rather than me whining I basically have a request; once a dispute is resolved can people stop changing the title to "sorted now, please close" or something similar. I've just started making more use of the classifieds section as I make my way through lots of bits and bobs I have lying around and I'm pretty paranoid about dealing with people I don't know through this site. Also, this too... I know there is a feedback system in place, but I'd really like to be able to quick scan through the Disputes section and see if the person attempting to deal with me has any previous history of dicking people around. Obviously sometimes genuine cock ups happen and things get resolved, but it goes without saying that I'm going to read a thread through if it regards the person I'm planning on dealing with. Perhaps it could be made that the Topic Title is not available for editing once the topic has been made? So the 'resolved, please close' bit could be a sub-title/topic tag thing? Any thoughts?
