It's not particularly difficult on an elbow-pull wheel...

"Odd"? What's odd about it? Sorry man... I always forget some people can't view Youtube videos. I'll set it going in a minute.

Thanks guys And Jonny, that's a line he wants, and we even got as far as getting the camera out for, but in the end he decided it was just one step too far for his shoulder

It's been a long time since the last one. Again, for some reason, it doesn't feel like a 100% or proper video. I'm very aware I keep saying this, so I promise I'll hold off on the next one until I'm fully happy with it. My only excuse is that most of my better clips have all been siphoned off by a certain someone else making a certain other video, though Josh has been dealing with a pretty harsh shoulder injury, so he's off the hook. Still not sure I understand his logic of doing insanely big dropgaps during the healing process, but I enjoy watching them all the same Also - apologies for the few low-quality clips mixed in (riding-wise, and fidelity-wise). There's a bunch in there I didn't really want to use, but the song was slightly too long so put them in anyway. My camera's not too good in low-light situations, and it seems 80% of riding time is now in the dark. Hope you can enjoy it in spite of all that. Edit: It's come to my attention that at least one of you thought it was so titled due to being my fourth video on the JAF frame. That's a pretty bizarre coincidence, but it's actually Josh And Flipp 4, so when I say "it's been a long time since the last one", I don't mean the seven days since the Paris mini video, I mean since JAF3, which was just over 18 months ago Edit 2:

...It's the only way to travel.

Don't apologize. Limey 4s, Sky 2s and Slate XLs all have +70 Judging from you lack of asking, it probably won't concern you, but when you get towards the higher end of BB rise, anything much streety becomes a bit spastic to handle.

Oh. I must be imagining 54Sport and Rock'n'Roll then.

Pashley 26Mhz - Retro Old Skool Street - In Black [Stealth]

By today's standards, it's very low indeed! -
Josh - who's flitted back and forth a bit - says exactly the same. I can see how people would be persuaded away from mod for the same reason, but not for me. Mods are just too fun

I've never even snapped a spoke since being brakeless - much less a flange.
-
Have you ever snapped a flange?

Love these hubs. Just look so damned cool! Seriously contemplated getting one just for the looks when building up my current bike but the price tag got in the way

Marino Bike 2013 Team Rider Found & frame order discussion thread

He did that with me, too. Then it was six weeks late and the geo was wrong. Hope that re-assures you -
That was soooooooo wicked. Wish there were more "no nonsense" type videos about, especially on DD mods. So smoooooth! (Which makes Stan's rear brake seem all the more insane. Haha.) Crash at the end was quality too.

We had the opportunity to go to Paris, so we did. Thanks to Shaun Hook for putting us up (or rather - putting up with us ). Unfortunately, it rained a lot of the time. When it stopped, riding was still pretty sparse thanks to the floor still being wet and smooth, and not particularly good-conditioned tyres. Got a few clips, and thought it better to have a not very good video than none at all

I wish this didn't so perfectly describe every issue I ever seem to have

They're just more agile in general. Assuming you ride a trialsy stock, and not something oldschool/Hex etc. it'll feel like going from a driving a bus to driving a Corsa, or something of the sort. Trialsy stocks are very barge-like, from my experience, and can't really change direction unless you're on the back wheel and hopping 'round. A mod - particularly short ones - are much more nimble or twitchy, which I find makes them a lot more flicky and "chuckable"

I can't even bring myself to care. To me, an OS is a tool. 7 does everything I want/need it to. Before that, XP did, and I only changed because when I started a fresh installation it was easier to get hold of 7 than XP. I'd consider 8 if there were things that I didn't like about 7, but I can't think of anything I'd want an OS to do that it doesn't. I'll probably try it out when I next start afresh, depending on it's reviews up until then

Some seriously large lines in there. How many frames per second is that filmed at? The slow-motion is reeeeeally smooth. Or is it a normal-ish framerate with some much-better-than-normal-Twixtoring?

Awesome The brake on your BMX sounds absolutely savage! Can't believe how high you can bunny hop (MK pond thing and 0:37!). I have only one complaint, and that's the song. I know for a fact it's in a video somewhere - think it's a Benito Ros/Diego Barrio, or something along those lines - and I absolutely cannot figure out which Edit: Found it. No complaints at all now! Pure wicked.
