It's worth noting that SOME have snapped, and unfortunately the peoples' that have snapped are very vocal about it. The Try-Alls do seem to last a little better, but don't take one person saying "they snap" to mean they all snap Percentage-wise, very few seem to break.

Crikey Glad you got one sorted, finally! How nice is it to have a tight chain after all that time of a slack one?

Loved every second of that.

Had a feeling it was yours Always wrong. Haha. Still looks sweet!

There are a couple - and if this is the one I think it is it's very likely one of them.

Riding trials is dangerous. Riding trials without brakes is dangerous. Riding trials without brakes is not more dangerous than riding trials with brakes. Being scared is natural, because what you're doing is dangerous. I'm pretty confident that people only find it more scary than riding trials with brakes because they've practised riding with brakes a lot and what they used to find scary no longer is. If you stick with it for a month, I'm fairly sure you'll wonder what the hell you were so scared of when you go back and try things you did in the first week. It's certainly not for everyone, but I strongly feel it's something everyone should try - even if it's just for a few rides

Good thing it's not your bike then, isn't it? Only thing a seat would provide is something to get in the way, and I think mod bar/stems look bloody awful on bikes with a seat. Nope

Same geo, and all fretting about adding weight into the back wheel was a waste of time. It's certainly different, but not so different I won't be able to adjust. Scooping the back wheel up in 3's is weird, and the back wheel always lags a bit for sidehops, but I think that'll be overcome pretty quickly.

I've only broken one freewheel in my entire time riding, and that was a three year old Tensile96 about three years ago. Got a freehub because I wanted to be able to trust the engagements. Freewheels didn't skip much, but they always felt a bit wishy-washy. Hopes feel ultra direct. Also - with 18:12 gearing I get 120 engagements. Also also - when used with future frames that may or may not have bolt-through dropouts, huge M10 bolts might actually hold the wheel in place for once. Also also also - it rolls for EVER. Also also also also - pimp as f**k

So I came up shy of the apex of a double on a BMX track, causing my headtube to become somewhat detached from the toptube. I could've fixed it, but there was a change I wanted to make anyway, so made a new one Got tube benders myself for this one, so the only thing I didn't do was machine the headtube/BB shell since I don't have access to a lathe. Finally grew a pair and went all-out matt black. The main event: (dusty from a Lee Mill Quarry ride ) Which provides a weirdly "empty" looking driveside crank -

Cheers guys Think that's a problem with your phone.Settings are "Anyone" can watch it "anywhere", so must be you not having Flash/HTML5 capabilities or something... I dunno.

That's sort of what I mean... Why is regular "better" than goofy? I understand it's [edit:] better easier if you're putting whips/bars/other shit in with it, but on their own I can't see why spinning towards your front foot is less valid than spinning away from it.
-
I'm [very] slowly attempting to address both of these. I fully agree that bitchless looks better, but I just can't muster the force for a lot of those I try - especially the ones like that at Lee Mill. Pushing hard enough to clear the distance just makes me loop out. I wish I was good enough to control the pressure, but I'm not, and would rather do the line with a bitch than not do it at all I play around with oppo spins too just because I want to be able to do both, but they just feel rank and never work out well Can sometimes just about get 180s. Haha. Whilst I understand where you're coming from with the bitch cranks, I really don't understand your beef with goofy spins. It's just turning the other way... Is it a style thing? I don't have a great style for that part of riding anyway, so don't expect it to get any better if/when I mange to get them going oppo too

Started filming for another video, but broke my frame coming up short on a BMX track Made a new one to get riding but wanted all clips to be on the same frame, so put these out on their own. Couldn't find any suitable music so here they are in raw. (Link for *gentlydoesit)

Yeah. Leave Preston 07:00 latest, but preferably 06:00 (or maybe earlier). You can stop at mine Friday night if you like. -

I'd also like to ride on both days, so please include me! Super f**king excited. If it worked out any cheaper/easier (and you don't get raped on cancellations) you're most welcome to get the train to Preston-ish and then jump in the car with me. Would've mentioned it sooner if I'd known you were planning on coming -
.wav? Weird. Are they especially sound-dampening decks or something?

Did the listed weight not give you some form of indication?! Dem fukkaz b hyoooj.

Superb! That G-turn was pretty feral

Another vote for the "bit of both" option. I folded my Comp dropout shut and bent it all the way. It took some serious force to bend and I probably just got very lucky with it not snapping, but it didn't snap. ...I'm not for a moment saying that yours won't

Anyone can explain anything until they're blue in the face, but it'll do no good whatsoever if the recipient has no intention of listening. If by some chance that words you used to phrase that question sounded hostile by some unimaginably unlikely coincidence and you were genuinely asking a question rather than being a dick again, try thinking about the angles each part of your rim is at when landing a gap, and how dents normally form (assuming, that is, you gapped to one of your wheels rather than to a foot and climbed the rest of the way up ).

Only in 9 or 15 tooth drivers Better for 26" 116mm frames than a mod They've been discussed here before, if this is of any use to you: http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/topic/180774-hope-bmx-hubs/ http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/topic/186272-hope-116-hubs/
