I've googled me heart out, and to no avail. Hoping some of the major video editors can help, here.
My camera records in .MOD, and has "HD audio". Don't know what HD audio means, but that's what it has.
Got Premiere, which doesn't accept .MOD, but you can just change the extension to .MPG, and it works fine - except there's no audio.
Can't just... not hear it... Drag it accross and there's no little bar in the audio timeline bit. Guess it's just invisible to the program.
Read somewhere to get the AC3 filter, and it'll work fine.
AC3 filter is included in the K-Lite codec pack.
Got that, and it's got it's own little player. The .MOD/.MPG's work fine, with full audio, in this little player, but still no audio in Premiere.
Does Premiere have it's own filters? And if so, how can I alter them?
If I'm way off - which could be very likely - please just tell me
