So know barely anything of the human anatomy/biology, so I'm gonna ask you guys I don't eat healthy, and my stamina is rather apalling. I do go out riding at least every other day though... Usually every day, for about 2-3 hours on a workday, and 4-6 (more in the summer) at the weekend. When I get out riding, I can be freezing cold, and not wanting to move. I get really warm, really quickly though. Like - I went out tonight, and it's -2* at the minute. Once I got going though, I found it far too hot with a jumper on, and was even a tad warm in just a shirt and joggers. This was only on a solo ride, in a place I don't really enjoy - so I wasn't exactly doing much strenuous. This is kinda handy in the winter, but come summer it's a right pain in the arse. I've had one friend chastise me for being hediously unfit, and another saying I've got good circulation. As I said - I'm clueless, so - can anyone shed any light? Is it a good sign, or a sign of "self abuse"? Cheers
