    So you're proud that your frame has massive dents and scratches [read: aesthetically] down the length of it from failed attempts, but the appearance of a vee mounted in what is arguably a better position is intolerable? To OP: Trialtech's hands down, for me.

    Cool video man Is that "bric-a-brac" spot in Bristol not the coolest spot in all of England? Been to Bristol a whole bunch of times now - but only found out that was there last time.

  8. There's something ever so pimp about Leesons. I wish I liked the way they ride as much as how I like the way they look. Feel sorry for mine just sat in the basement. Could you ride it twice as much as other people, to make up for mine please? Very nice looking bike.
  9. Actually - that's a very good point. I guess the prodcution costs for something like that would be rather high. It's still more than anyone I know would be willing to pay for such a device, though. Perhaps not over-priced, just... too expensive.
  10. Totally got the same thing for me. I really hate Mac's. The OS is just so horrible to use after having been on Windows/Linux for... since I started using computers. 8-9 years I guess. Second to that - the price of them. Third, because it's a fashion. What I REALLY despise is that people get brainwashed by people in the media industries that non-Mac computers are so massively inferior that they go out and buy Mac's when they only want it for every-day browsing. Even in media industries you don't need a Mac. Just learn to set up and maintain a PC properly, and only have to spend half as much money. Despite all that - I've had naughty thoughts about getting an iPhone a few times now, purely because of the functionality. A few friends have them, and they really are incredible. Especially the new one - the video quality is a real stunner, considering it's a phone. I haven't crumbled yet, though I expect there would be a similar thing for the iPad, other than the lack of Flash and USB/SD ports. Horrendously over priced and people think they're better than they are - but the best in their category on the market for what you want. That was almost painful to type

  12. That was really cool, man. I liked it. I didn't realise you (Mark) were quite that good :$ What sort of ratio does Stan ride the Inspired:whatever his comp bike at the moment is? I hate to say it, 'cause I generally end up with lots more scrapes and bruises than normal () - but it's kind of made me want to set the Leeson up for brakeless again, rather than for DJs.

    As the rest of the post said, I'm talking about the UK MARKET, not each individual bike. That's a decent threshold for "not many" and "quite a few" Deng components to be set at. The "Deng free" bikes, and bikes with very few bits compare to the ones with a lot of Deng componentry. If the two thresholds give the same amount of votes, it'll be approximately 25% of the market (assuming that the average bike in the "lots of Deng parts" category is around 50% Deng.) Besides, I've already asked you to leave me alone and stop responding to my posts. I don't give you hastle, please stop giving it to me. Don't go deleting my posts this time - I'm the maker of this thread, and I'm 100% fine with it getting clogged up. Piss off.

    Maybe I worded it badly, maybe you took it the wrong way, or maybe I'm taking your responses the wrong way - but it sounds like you're defending Deng. In no way was I slating him - I just wanted to know HOW popular his products were.

  17. I think you'll probably be right - but I'd certainly like a go on one. I think a new technique would develop, rather than just not being able to gap. Maybe it'd become a "in the position for a pinch gap, but instead of pinching roll it so you're really ramming it back in to the side of the wall, rather than the corner" type thing.     I'm just a bit curious as to how dominant in the UK market Deng is. I'm thinking he probably takes around 40% of it, all told. As for me, I just surprised myself to realise it's option 4. Only my rear hub is Deng. And you? Edit: Added "Completely Deng", just in case.
